Our waiter was attentive and personable. The food was amazing last night and great as leftovers today. The vibration in the tables is from their machinery, not a train.

Stopped in with family for what we thought would be a nice dinner. Waitstaff were trying their best it seemed. Yet, never have I been more uncomfortable in a restaurant. Manager or someone told me she was the owner was berating employees in front of customers. One of them a young person who was visibly upset. She clearly didn’t have control over her restaurant or emotions. We won’t be back.
*I've been in restaurants much busier than yours and the manager much less the owner wasn't berating their employees. I really doubt everyone went home happy especially the ones I saw you berating.

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be great. Hostess told us it would be a 25 minute wait. Seated more than an hour later. Chaos in the dining room, two separate servers tried to take our order. The food came and it was completely inedible, fries were uncooked and the sandwich looked like prison food. They were clearly getting slammed and the manager is out glad handing customers instead of expoing the kitchen like any decent manager should. Management wasted our time, lied to us, and had no shame about providing their customers a horrible experience. Beyond the wait time and the awful food, it's that attitude that will ensure we never go back.

Very high price for a small amount of mediocre food. Ordered the smokin oak trio and even paid $3 extra to sub in for brisket only to be given kids sized portions of each protein. We chose coleslaw as one of our sides which came in a small to-go condiment container, enough for about two spoonfuls of slaw. We also ordered sweet potato fries as our second side, these came cold and again only about 20 skinny fries in the container. Given the extremely laughable portion size and the ridiculous cost, I wouldn’t recommend.

Considering the business of the events happening this weekend, I (and my entire party of 6) thought the restaurant and especially our waitress did a wonderful job of handling the stress of all the extra attention. She was upfront and honest with us from the get-go with the wait and items that happened to run out, was charming, empathetic, and ABOVE accommodating. (I looked for our receipt but think we forgot it so all I have to describe our waitress was a beautiful tall blonde whose name may have been something reminiscent of Mandy? So sorry if completely off, but either way, spectacular serving)
AND the cooks wished us a wonderful night on our way out. So happy we chose this place to dine and share memories at!

The menu offers excellent options. The ribs and half chicken were particularly well-prepared. Furthermore, the service was exceptional.

Driven past hundreds of times, enjoyed some offerings at the now closed Hastings location and decided to stop. Glad we did, the food, service and atmosphere were great! We will make it a point to stop again, worth a visit!

Saturday night at 8 dissapointed they were already closed
Food was very good but it took our waitress 30 minutes to take our order and another hour to receive our main courses. If you want a simple burger, or sandwich expect to pay $17-$19. If you want some of their specialty meat dishes it'll run you around $30-$40.

I don’t tend to write reviews but I was reading the reviews for this place and all i’m seeing is entitlement. Hostesses and cooks will make mistakes, thinking you’re entitled to get a certain amount of money off your meal because of it even after they corrected their mistake is diabolical. Y’all are grown, you should know that. As for me I thought the food was pretty good and the service was excellent. My ONLY complaint throughout the entire thing was that their water is the worst i’ve ever had. Just don’t get water and I think you’re in for a good experience. The majority of poor reviews are from entitled adults who were never told “no” as a kid. Complaining over cheese curds being served on a plate was possibly the stupidest review I saw yet.
