Need better portions lacking amount of food for what you pay for. I'd love to give a 5 star over all but with the lack of amount of food I had to do a 1 star.

Excellent experience! The food was delicious. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.Kid-friendliness: I stopped in with my kids. They enjoyed playing the board game on the table while we waited (not too long) for our meals. Nice touch to pass the time!

Stopped here for a late breakfast while traveling. I think there was one waitress for the whole place, but she was doing pretty good considering. I was disappointed though that when I ordered water to drink I only got a tiny cup rather than an actual adult size glass. The food altogether was pretty good, except for that the avocado in my omelet was FAR from ripe and was super hard (I was even having trouble poking a fork into it). So unfortunately I had to fish all of it out of my omelet and just eat the rest. I wish they would have just said they were out of avocado instead and I would have ordered something else. The French toast was very good but it was served on a plate that had giant chip on one side and a smaller chip on the opposite side (see photos). Why would you even keep a plate with that much damage in your service rotation? I wouldn't serve a meal to a guest at my house on that, much less to a paying customer. The coffee and bathrooms also left something to be desired.

The food was cold. Order didn’t even come out right. We waited the whole meal for the rest of the food to come out. The waiter didn’t even care that the order was not correct. What’s crappy service and not even anything off the bill for the food we didn’t receive.

I don't believe I have had better hashbrowns at a sit down restaurant in my life!! Eggs Benedict were delicious too! Coffee is very good as well, over all I would send everybody here for an amazing breakfast! Server was very friendly and place is clean! Highly recommended! Also, this was my first time visiting this place!

Whenever I am in this place I notice one major issue. Where are all of the customers? The place one stays open for half of the day and the employees seem as unenthused as the atmosphere inside. Here is a bit of advice from someone who has lived in this town their whole life. Simplify your menu. Focus on a specific theme. Cater your menu to fit who the majority of your customers are and to what sells the most and simply get rid of the rest. Quit making the mistake that so many places make, trying to be the every restaurant. Everyone from customers to employees benefit from this.

The food wasn't very warm when I received it, the water I was drinking had black things floating on top and a white thing in the middle of my glass. I asked for crispy bacon and it wasn't done to my liking. Waitress was good but that's the only good part.

The server was nice but got mine and my aunts food mixed up and rather then remaking it, Gabe my aunt her food after I took a bite out of it (I thought I ordered wrong). Kids didn't eat their food because the picture showed pancakes with chocolate chips on top, not cooked in but the chocolate chips were mixed in before cooking and burned. Left a gross burnt chocolate taste.

The staff is amazing! Very well trained and attentive to customers. Food was delicious! I love that it's family owned and operated. The Buffies sure do a great job keeping the restaurant running like clockwork.
We stopped for breakfast after we left from camping at Ramsey Park, I ordered the French toast and bacon, the French toast was hard on the outside and very doughy on the inside, my boyfriend ordered the eggs Benedict and the English muffin was just about burnt and there was so much sauce it smothered everything underneath we waited for 45 min. There were two guys sitting at a table next to us and the one ordered pancakes and when he picked one up with his fork it barely flopped down and it was just about black!! We WILL NEVER go back there, we said a breakfast sandwich from McDonald's would have been better!!

First off our server Catherine, was terrific. They have a huge menu similar to some chain restaurants that start with D or I. Plus specials. We arrived early for lunch so it wasn’t busy, but it was getting busier. The breakfast options are available all day and my husband had the sampler, he said it was excellent and done perfectly. I had the Cuban Monte Cristo with bourbon sauce. Yum! When I asked for hot tea I had a choice of flavours, and an actual teapot with hot water, always a bonus for me. Prices are reasonable and it has a homey, comfy atmosphere. The hostess who checked us out, was also friendly and pleasant. Minnesota nice is a thing folks.

I always love this location. Wait staff is really patient and kind. Clean restaurant. Good honestly food. I ordered eggs Benedict and it was very well cooked, we also ordered poutine and that was also well made.
