Went there for supper a couple of weeks ago. Ordered a simple meal. One burger, one fry and a drink. After waiting 35 minutes for the order that should have taken less than 5 minutes I asked for a refund. This seems to be the biggest complaint everyone has with dairy queen in redwood. How are you gonna have 4 people working and orders taking 35 minutes to make.
I got the flame thrower with cheese curds, it was really good! Glad dq is back open.

Slower than a sloth, found gross things in my malt twice. Who doesn't have chocolate ice cream to make a twist cone. I've been going to the competition down the road

If I could give 0 stars I would the food wasn't that good and we waited 1 hour and they messed up our oder and they didn't give us fries and how are u out of ranch it ranch the service was bad just dont come its a waste of time and money seen many customers pull of if I was the owner I would fire everone starting from the manger the place is bleeding money

I waited at the drive-thru line for 10 minutes without saying a word. can see I the restaurant that workers are working.... this is at 4:06 in the afternoon.

Multiple times I have paid for a blizzard with extra toppings and not gotten any toppings at all.
Drove 30 miles to get a blizzard and they said it was down. It took like 20 min to even order something. I get it was a hot day. But nobody wanted to take our order. Another mcd when the ice cream machine is broken. Maybe they should have a sign on the door so

Very slow service and the atmosphere is usually dead with the food being decent.
