This place is a joke. Went into order food to GO and the worker did dine in. When the food became ready and he was told it was to go he the proceeds to say oh we are super busy your gonna have to do your self. Excuse me but thats not customer service and its nit the customers fault they cant hear and dont follow directions. Will not he back period

My burger tasted weird and smelled funny. The fries were good. The blizzard I ordered was half filled. I've only eaten here twice and haven't had a good experience. The staff seemed rather unfriendly.

Dirty, unorganized, looked like the inside wasn't open to eat inside. It was open to dine in. The only thing nice about going there was the lady working the front and taking orders.

My sundae was supposed to be Carmel, but it only had about a tablespoon of it on it because they ran out at the counter, and no one wanted to run and get more from the back.

Food is very good, but front door seems to always be locked and drive through usually takes ten minutes or more, even if there’s only a couple cars. We got there at 6:30 (sign on door clearly advertises that they close at 9) and the front door was locked, forcing us to wait in the drive through.None of the employees ever seem to be in a hurry and often look like they just rolled out of bed. I don’t know what they do in there because it shouldn’t take twenty minutes to make a shake and blizzard.Everything at this location seems to be going downhill and if it weren’t for McDonald’s ice cream machine always being broken, we’d probably never come here again.

This Dairy Queen was a disaster. The call-in menu speaker at the drive-through was not working, so we had to order at the same window where we got the food. The one car ahead of us had to wait a long time to get their food, then they returned the drink for some reason. We were next. We waited about 10 minutes for a person to appear at the window. We ordered 1 large mocha Moo Latte. The price was over $6, a dollar higher than a Dairy Queen in another nearby town. Then, we waited and waited. Finally the Moo Latte arrived...but no mocha. We sent it back and they added chocolate, but no whipped cream. Close to 20 minutes had passed. We will never go there again.

The people that worked here last year (2022) were awesome. New people dont seem to really care. Dont 100% blame them but 15+ minutes in a drive thru is sad. Hope things improve for all.

We just left there would not go back fries cold soggy. forgot to give us our blizzards. Then lied and said I would have given them to you but figured you didn’t want them. One other person other than us in there. 4 workers. Two cooks and two out front. The two out front were more worried about management. Tables were not wiped off.
