as a bus driver I try to call ahead to warn a business when we will be stopping with a bus load of kids. did that today here and they were awesome - Gave me a free meal as the driver unlike the Monti McDonalds.. will definately put this as a place to stop in the future - welcoming and fast service for my crew we were in and out in good time :) thank you for appreciating me as a driver - it will always be in my mind for friendly places to stop :)

Burger was flavorless. Drinks and condiments are behind the counter. Have to ask for something and not really fast to get it. Obviously short staffed.

The employees were all very upbeat and happy. We even heard someone in there encouraging everyone and telling them what a great job they are doing. This was during busy lunch time and was very refreshing to hear and see the positivity. Very rare to find that anywhere!

We used the app for 1 purchase and a coupon for another purchase. Staff was efficient. There were high schoolers loitering in the front of the lobby by the kiosks and counter. The employees waited on us, but we didn't feel like we were there. We were just pieces of the factory. No smiles, eye contact, or anything that indicated that we were human customers at all. The food wasn't fresh or hot, but it wasn't timed out, just very blah.
