Was here for the buffet today. The chicken was overcooked and slimy. Most of the pizzas tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. I don’t know what is going but it’s really sad to see this place go downhill.

I have ordered takeout on several occasions. I always order all dark meat on several occasions they have put a breast in there I know it's a breast because the breast comes with rib bones the thighs do not have rib bones. I am a stickler about white meat. I do not like white meat and I end up having to throw it away it's a lot of money to spend on something that I have to throw away. I'm well aware it is also my responsibility to check but I always have faith in Pizza ranch and I fell to think about the fact that I have to check it. I won't be going again for a while😥
Love the food! Love to eat there but can't stand all the help walking by a million times to take plates! Once in a while is ok but that's all this girl did was walk in circles looking for empty plate!! Let people enjoy their time in your restaurant and not have to have someone circling them every second!!!!!! Probably won't eat here much anymore because this isn't the first or second or third time this has happened!
