For one they forgot like all the condiments on the sandwiches I ordered, didn’t put stuff on the sandwiches. The service took forever, it seems like they might just be messing around or not very focused. They need to pay more attention to what’s on the sandwiches. They forgot my pepporni rolls as well even tho I paid for them. This is not a subway you would want to visit if you’re not from around Minnesota. 👎

Employee was rude. He was very impatient, he was short with us. We forgot our soda because we were not offered a cup so when we went back to get it he ignored us and then basically threw the cup on the counter. ☹️

Don't usually eat a lot of Subway but this one was great. Pleasant workers and generous with the veggies on my sandwich. Most of the employees count the black olives but not this one. If I lived closer I would order there once a week.

i just want to say thank you. thank you for noticing me. thank you for noticing oscar. thank you for the little things — like remembering my chip switch, writing oscar’s name on his treat, and making sure my food is always right. you have no idea how much that means.
since moving here, i’ve experienced more blatant racism than i ever have in my life. but you all reminded me that kindness still exists. that some people still lead with love. and that even in a town full of hate, there can be small pockets of peace. you are that pocket of peace.
if i’m not thankful for anything else in redwood — i’m thankful for you. you made me feel human. you made me feel safe. you made me feel seen.

You walk in and nobody wants to help you just looks at you and turns away. Was in there for 20 minutes and was the only one there and not one person said a word
This is the worst visit I've ever had for one the speed of service was straight garbage then when I ordered a salad for my wife the kid was about to put 1 piece of ham in I had to say something for them to acataully put the right amount on and the hygiene that these workers have is absolutely disgusting I don't wanna see an ass crack while I'm trying order my food and the same person had the absolute worse attitude if you don't wanna work where you have to see, people find another job simple. Probably will be the last time I order from the joke of a place

Always been great food aside from a couple very rare occasions where I'd get the wrong sub. Otherwise I only warn that the drive-through can take a long time, even up to half an hour if there's other people, so if you're in a rush and prefer the drive through pay attention for a line before you pull in.
