Very rude, food was so old and overcooked the onions were burnt to black (dehydrated so how?) burgers had holes torn in them, buns were hard. Things just haven't been right since they redid the Elk River McDonald's

Visited this location tonight, was blown away by the customer service of a guy named Nathaniel, made sure everyone had one they needed and came out to the lobby and checked that everyone was doing good, not used to this with McDonald's, was truly refreshing to see the customer service from him!

Took my family here on our way to go visit family. The guy working the front was awesome! Willing to take our order instead of having us use that machine! Very friendly!

I'll let the photo speak for itself. Generally don't have any problems at this McDonald's, The food is usually always fresh hot and delicious. I don't know what happened today if the cook was rushed and the drive-thru employee was a little mad. I got no thank you, no you're welcome, know how are you, nothing. But that's okay I'll still be returning.
The food I got was super greasy and I feel like I haven't got sick from it... It isn't the worst McDonald's I've been to... But I feel like it's seen better days.

Pulled into the drive-thru at 9:50pm. After I listened to the automated message they shut the lights off. They claim to close at 10pm. I know it was almost closing time but the sign says 10pm not 9:50pm. If you close at 9:50 then advertise as such. Otherwise you are going to frustrate people.
