We enjoyed eating on the patio with our dog. Hubby loved the biscuits and gravy while I found the wild rice soup to be perfect. Our timing was poor - a late lunch - and some items at the hot bar weren’t super fresh.
So glad to have stumbled upon this place by chance. We saw biscuits and gravy advertised on the sign 4.95 ALLDAY. Service was amazing and although they were out of biscuits I was able to have texas toast as a substitute. I added a egg and was given 2. The meal was delicious and everything together was so cheap I questioned not being charged for something. My wife asked about some soft serve ice cream and they said just to go get some on the house. I love this small family oriented restaurant. The Old Creamery cafe is very nicely decorated with antiques and comfortable seating. If ever driving through Rice, Mn. Stop in for a bite to eat the food is awesome with great portions. I'd rate this place an easy 5 star small town restaurant.
