What a joke! I walked in and asked for a ham/turkey salad which is my go to if I do Subway. This girl said it will be lunch meat and not cut. I explained they usually cut it up a bit. She stated she is NOT required to cut it up. I asked if she would mind, she was not about to budge and absolutely refused. She said she could provide me a knife and I can do it myself. The size, this is a $10 salad…lol..mind you this is after I asked for a bit more lettuce as it was nearly empty. The kicker of the entire joke was asking me if I wanted to tip. Are you kidding me? I have to go home and finish making the 1/2 salad that I got. Not sure what it is, but this particular location is horrible as compared to any other Subways that I go to. I recommend avoiding this location if you want your moneys worth and some good service. If you are in the area, take the time and give Rumors a call for takeout. At least their salads are worth what you pay. In addition, the next joke is the receipt. It says if any issues to call the 800#. You call that and it refers you to the website contact us section. You go there and there is only frequently asked questions. I guess that is why they get away with this. Had to start an account so I could at least leave a review here.

I don’t know why I even still try with this place, haven’t ordered in three months from here and the service keeps getting worse. This time my online order was 100% wrong; wrong sandwich, no cookies with order, and customer service to match. When I brought up the issue I was told what I ordered is what was made. Which I found interesting considering I was holding the receipt and know the difference between chicken and tuna. I’ve called to bring the issue to the managers attention all 3x it has been messed up the past 3x, correct I’m 0-3. Every time I’m given the owners contact info, who doesn’t answer or return calls. So Atleast the service matches the owner. The best thing for this location is that rice will be getting another fast food joint so residents have another quick options vs them or McDonald’s.

Not friendly employees, when putting on vegetables they would only put one of each vegetable so I had to ask for more 3-4 times per vegetable. Not likely to return here!

The food is what it is - watch them close and you should be fine. They all seem terribly distracted. Mgr seems irritated to be there. Maybe what this location needs is some more training in customer service. Take the ear buds out and pay attention to the customer who is helping pay your wages. Whatever. I'll go to a different location. This one is lacking.

In all the years I've ate at subway, the tall female working was the first to make my sub the way I wanted. She ran back around the counter to help me instead of the female she was working with, who went to take garbage out. The young gal that made my sandwich needs a raise. She was getting something to drink and hurried back to help me.# go help is hard to find!

This is the only Subway I will go to anymore so it has become a routine for me when I go through Rice now (which isn’t very often). The veggies and bread are actually fresh at this location, which is never the case at other Subways anymore.The gentleman that helped me was extremely courteous. The cashier was distracted by a worker from one of the other businesses at the location for about 10-15 min of my last visit.

I went there this afternoon to pick up a sub and the girl was very rude very speedy I asked her to put toppings on she just threw them on there I asked her to put bacon on twice and then she gave me a look when I asked her to toast it or she asked me if I wanted to toast it sorry even after I asked her to put the bacon on and then I asked her put mail on and she just kind of just slapped it on and she threw it my change at me very rude very very rude I couldn't even use the app to get my points for it because she was in such a hurry to push me out the door there was no line there was no one behind me I could not believe it because I come to this Subway quite often

It's a subway just like the rest. The staff every time I go in there though is the issue. They always seem annoyed to just be there. The manager just walks around wearing an earbud looking angry. You ask for something as simple as a bag and they don't say anything And just toss it on the counter. Just rude and bad customer service whenever I'm there.

Do not go here. Tables and floor are filthy. Three businesses (McDonald's, Subway and a gas station) and only one sit down stall in the men's room. Bathroom was out of TP and paper towels. My sandwich bread was burned in the toaster.
