Boston Market is one of my favorite places to go specially the one in Roseville. unfortunately in MN there are only a few of the Restaurants left. In recent years I have noticed that the food portions are getting smaller even the brownies are half of the size what they use to be, perhaps i Boston Market is keeping us from overeating as the maximize their bottom line.
Great customer service! Came in 5 mins b4 closing.... I know... I know , and the mgr sliced a piece of cake for me and the lady at the counter was very nice and kind.... Even think they really wanted to go home.... Perfect example of great customer service
We ordered precooked Thanksgiving dinner to be picked up the day before the holiday during a specific time slot. When I arrived, the restaurant seemed understaffed and there were no signs indicating where to go to pick up preordered meals. I watched another man get his meal boxed and joined that line where two female employees were frantically trying to put together orders. I waited about 15 minutes before my order was organized and boxed. The employee was very friendly and apologized...
