First time here. Very good food. I had s salad sandwich combo. Cobb was super fresh. Sandwich was barbeque with cole slaw bread was super fresh. I ordered take out but decided to stay in.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back

I was supposed to have an interview at this Cafe Zupas and when I got there for my interview I talked to a man by the name of Kevin who was extremely rude and disrespectful to me! He was talking with his hands and he even touched me! I had applied on Indeed and a lady by the name of Riley had messaged me and told me to just come in on certain days between 2-4pm which I did! Kevin the man I talked to told me he had just hired a few people. I still love there food there but I don’t think I would want to work there now after what happened.

I had the best experience ever today at Zupas in Edina. I was having a rotten day and running late so I only had time to grab a soda. An employee named, Mark, was working and he greeted me with a smile and said the “soda was on him.” It was amazing how this act of kindness changed my mood and brought such happiness to my afternoon. I already loved Zupas, but now even more for how genuine their staff is at that location. Thank you!

I love Zupas already but I went to the Edina location today and every single employee there was beyond outgoing and so nice.
I picked up food for my mom and I to bring to her chemo treatment. Obviously I’m not in good spirits but these employees brightened my day!

The southwest chicken soup was tasty, the chicken avocado with carrots was wholesome and delicious. My gf ate there for the first time and loved the mushroom bisque with the grilled cheese! Service was fast and nice enough. Atmosphere was very nice and modern. Like a mix between panera and chipotle but much better than either one of those. Will continue to eat here!
Another horrible experience at this location... out of ingredients, mistakes/incorrect ingredients in salad, missing items and drink machine not working. I could have lived with all that if I hadn't gotten attitude like how dare I order things they are out of. Wow!
