Cafe Zupas is such a wonderful place to stop for a meal. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff — they were welcoming, patient, and made the whole experience feel personal. The service is quick but never rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about the customers. The food is fresh and flavorful, with plenty of options to fit whatever mood you’re in. On top of that, the view and atmosphere are amazing, which makes dining here not only enjoyable but also relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy your food, and feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food paired with great service.

Put an order in for 30 minutes before close without realizing it was that close to closing time (sorry y’all) and the food was still just as hot, fresh, and delicious as if I were to have ordered it in the middle of the day. Always very clean and super quick in there. I also have never had an order get served to me incorrectly. Love you Zupas <3

99% salt (heavy salty) in their soups. Seems like plan is to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. Looks mafia.
ZUPAS at this location has ability to earn 5 stars. Just that, they need to reduce the waiting time in line by coordinating well among themselves as the order progresses from one station to the next. The associates working on the orders had best at their heart. However the stalled line of customers, and unreasonalbly long waiting time to get the order in hand affected the experience.
The menu, freshness and quality of ingedients, taste, ambience is amazing.

I used to be so happy with the portions, food, and chocolate covered strawberries... But the strawberries are now tiny, the lobster bisque no longer has noticable bites of lobster and they drained all the juice/tea am for and a half before closing. They were out of ice at the machine so when we asked if they have ice to accommodate, the offered is the ice that was sitting out in the open chilling bottled beverages. Gross.
