I was super excited to try this place for the first time since I’ve heard great things. The soup was good, could have more flavor to be honest but the sandwich was an absolute joke. I got a Turkey bacon club and the bread was so flimsy. Not charred like the picture. There was barely an avocado on there, the bacon strips were suuper tiny & soggy. I’ve had better food at any gas station. ?

I live in Richfield and I have been a customer for the last 4 years of this Cafe Zupas, But Since this Mex Lady came as an employee , not only me but also my friends/ Family are complaining about her bad attitudes, no respect , not listening, … customers don’t deserve that and I honestly thinking about if I want come back or not.

From the minute you walk in it all goes downhill. First, i dont speak spanish, so ordering was a challenge. We ordered build your own salads, and got miniscule toppings. Seriously, cheap. When the rude lady overseeing the girl scooping croutons saw that she gave a decent portion she yelled at her to count out 5 croutons. Lol. $27.00 for 2 lg salads that left us hungry. Check out was a clusterf#@$%. Then the booth seating with water dripping on us while we ate...lol. No manager anywhere. Sitting here reading your lame replies to all your complaints tells me you really don't give a damn about the customer experience in your dirty restaurant staffed with rude employees. (While we were leaving a disgruntled customer was complaining that her to go orders are always wrong)
I will NEVER eat here again.
Want a salad? Go to FRESH AND GREEN.

**Disappointing Experience at Zupaz Cafe**

I have been a regular customer at Zupaz Cafe on 66th Street in Bloomington, MN, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. The person working at the cashier was incredibly rude. He ignored me at the counter and instead talked to another customer, asking who owned the food on the table. When the customer responded, he realized the order was mine. Rather than apologize or address the situation, he called someone else to handle my credit card and walked away without another word.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he claimed there wasn't one available. This blonde-haired, tall employee clearly shows favoritism towards certain customers and doesn't seem to care about others. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially from a place we've frequented regularly.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and if it continues, Zupaz Cafe is likely to lose more loyal customers. Immediate action is needed to address this issue and ensure all customers are treated with respect.
