It was my first time trying Zupa’s, and it was a negative experience due to selecting delivery.

this place is so good. i don't know why the reviews are relatively low. the grilled cheese is SO GOOD. i also recommend the crispy chicken sandwich and then ask for a side of ranch. their ranch is delicious. i love their soup too. you have to get the chris which is half tomato basil and half cauliflower cheese. you also get a chocolate covered strawberry with your meal which is the cherry on top.

Checking out at the register is a disaster, the employees don’t know how to work with each other to get things right.Restaurant was filthy with trash everywhere , trash bin overflowing, you’re employees are sitting around and not seeing anything wrong. VOMIT covered bathroom floor /toilet. Disappointed in everything.And also looks lime the lobster got taken out of the lobster bisque, we just can’t come here anymore. Where are you manager?? This was a disaster on all levels. Food has gone downhill & shrunken, prices up.Ridiculous.

Extremely friendly staff, clean restaurant, great food. Had a salad a brisket sandwich. Also, I was allowed to sample several soups they had, which were really good! Will definitely go back when I am at the MSP International Airport!!!

Everyone seems to be dealing with inflation. Prices have gone up and portion sizes have gone WAY down. The portion reduction is unfortunate because their meals were on the small side already.The soup selection also seems to be reduced, but maybe that's a temporary issue. I'll be very disappointed if the roasted red pepper lobster bisque is gone for good.

Leaving a review to shout out Mark! My mobile order got messed up but Mark was awesome and was able to help me with it. He was super nice over the phone and during the delivery! 10/10 customer service, thanks Mark! :)
Good food, fresh and tasty. Nice restaurant, friendly service. Prices are a bit high though and portions are tiny. Sandwiches are a lot smaller than they look in the pictures. If you want a quick, light, healthy lunch, this is a great place to stop.

BRING BACK TOFU!!! This is no longer a good option for vegetarians. They brought in mock chicken instead, it’s breaded and NOT good. Please, I am begging you to bring tofu back. Went from a place I enjoy to a place I will no longer go. ☹️
