It was a Sunday morning. I was on my way to attend my first Vikings game. I needed a Caribou Coffee for some tea. I did a quick search and found this location. This cafe does not have a drive-thru, which was a different choice for me. It is located in a cool shopping plaza, with a Home Depot and a Target nearby. It is where Subway used to be. I parked and walked over to the cafe. There were a handful of customers in the store. It felt cozy and inviting. The store closes at 4 pm every day. Wow! I hope that it stays open longer when it's summertime. The hours are short, but the friendliness isn't. I had a nice woman take my order. I got a large sparkling peach black tea. She found me in the system through my phone number, so I could get points for my purchase. I paid with a credit card. All was great. I didn't wait long for my drink. I thanked the woman and happily left with my drink. A few parking spots closest to the main entrance are for those who have ordered ahead through the app. I have never done that because the app used to not accept Canadian credit cards. It does now! I will need to try it out someday. I love the sparking peach black tea. It was fizzy, refreshing, and low in sugar. Perfect! The drive to US Bank Stadium was so much better armed with my drink. I look forward to returning. Perhaps I will sit down and get a tumbler next time. (425)

Coffee good. Staffing not as good. Having one person at 7am not good. The Gall making coffee/cashier/food preparation was fantastic. But she was alone. Customers waited and for a while for a cup of coffee.

We're from out of state so we buy ground bags of coffee whenever we're in Mn. Coffee beans are well stocked with many varieties. Friendly, helpful staff.Parking: Parking spaces very near the establishments door

BEST caramel cooler I ever had and that's years and years' worth. The gal that made mind should train all other caribou employees on how to make the perfect one! Thank you for making a cooler worth the money I paid for it

Worst cafe experience ever. The drinks were fine and came out in a reasonable time. We waited like 20 minutes for a pre-made sandwich which was still frozen when we got it. So we asked for a new, warm one. Waited another 20 or 30 minutes, when I decided to ask them about the wait they said they would get it right out to us and then came over and told us THEY RAN OUT. They offered a refund but at that point we were so late that we just left.Would not recommend going here if you want food, especially not in a timely or warm manner.

I stopped in this morning and ordered a glaze donut and a cinnamon tea. 2 people came in behind me and ordered. As I was waiting I noticed they started working on those orders immediately. The lady that was behind me got her order and left. I was waiting for 10 minutes and was asked if I was waiting for something. I told them yes but no one attempted to make my items. They just kept working on the other orders. I asked for a refund which they didn't even offer to go ahead and make my order. They just gave me a refund. The girl who took my order didn't even apologize and the girl who was making the orders just said that the orders never came up on her screen.

Arrived at 12 04 only to find lame note you closed at noon... Why?This is the straw that broke my camels back.2 weeks ago I did not know you cut your hours.. I tried to grab a soda but you all refused to sell it to me I offered ,, 5.00 but you all turned me down. Heck all you had to do is ring it up in the morning.You don't just shut it down. When ever you want.
This really is a better coffee beverage location over the trendy one that bucks the star. Mostly a preference, but a bit of local feel makes it comfortable and less corporate.

First I love this coffee. Wanted a Mint Condition because they give you choices of light or dark chocolate in your mocha and it is out of this world! Messed up the order for the third time and gave me caramel which was too sweet but also not decaf. Will probably go to a different one next time.

I have a severe lactose intolerance. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk, double checked that they had oat milk, then triple checked at the window that it was oat milk. It was not. This is about the third time this location has messed up my order like this — I’m normally pretty lenient on mix ups (mistakes happen) but I asked three times to verify my non dairy order. I’m not sure why this happened but intentional or not, it caused me some pretty extreme pain. 2 stars because if you don’t have any dietary restrictions you’ll get a good tasting coffee regardless.
