I love this place. I accidentally grabbed somebody's drink. It was delicious. I really appreciate it. I told the lovely lady who helped me she was excellent, and she said no worries. She gave me the other coffee that was mine. I gave it to my friend, who worked at the grocery store that's attached, Dustin he was so grateful everybody left happy and joyful; it was amazing

This is the loudest coffee shop I have ever had the misfortune on entering. Caribou's equipment is unacceptably loud. Meanwhile, the geriatric clientele refuses to wear their hearing aids, and is constantly yelling towards each other. There were coffee shops in the hallways of my college that were quieter during passing time than this Caribou.

A little bit of condescension in the morning before I drive home was not what I ordered. Nor was the cow milk in my oat milk drink. Friday morning professionalism was clearly missing, quite disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t clean their frothing wands between beverages. If you have a dairy concern, even if you order a non-dairy option, it is up to your vigilance to ensure it is dairy free. It was slow enough that I caught the difference, before it became an issue, the barista assured me it was my responsibility, if I order a non-dairy beverage, to let them know I have done so for dietary concerns. I will probably just not return.
Today was Black Friday, I had to work at 5:30am. Thought y'all opened at 5, pulled thru the drive thru at 5:20. Y'all weren't opened yet and still got me my spicy mocha that got me thru an ungodly early day. Thank you so much!
