A little bit of condescension in the morning before I drive home was not what I ordered. Nor was the cow milk in my oat milk drink. Friday morning professionalism was clearly missing, quite disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t clean their frothing wands between beverages. If you have a dairy concern, even if you order a non-dairy option, it is up to your vigilance to ensure it is dairy free. It was slow enough that I caught the difference, before it became an issue, the barista assured me it was my responsibility, if I order a non-dairy beverage, to let them know I have done so for dietary concerns. I will probably just not return.

Most mornings that I stop, Suzanne and the manager, Tami are working. They are both very pleasant, accommodating, efficient and helpful! Suzanne will give me great suggestions on what to get if I want to try something new. I find Caribou’s products to be of good quality.
