2nd time I come here to get a peach mango sparkling and get a still. I asked twice. Even before ordering I asked but to no avail.
Staff is always friendly & fast! Happy to have them at our office!

This place is faster then any other stores as usual I love this
The worst place, very unprofessional employees. Today I went there to get coffee but this lady blows her nose and her hands were unclean, I asked her to wash her hands but she refuse to do so and she gave me the coffee and I couldn’t drink it. I think the lady’s name was rose skinny lady but not sure. The time was around 2:40pm Friday 1-10-2020. Please be careful going there.

It's not often that you hear someone rave about Caribou, but here we go! The baristas at this location are AMAZING! I can't imagine starting my day without stopping by to get my morning fix of caffeine and conversation. I always walk away with a smile on my face and a carefully crafted beverage.
I finally signed up for the caribou perks since I may grab a drink a several times a year. I got my birthday email for a free drink. Went and ordered a drink, a she asked for my phone number and pulls up my account, she didn't offer the free drink coupon and I mentioned I had one for my birthday, she said happy birthday and then went to look. She said "oh you do, do you want to use it?". Really???? I mentioned to a coworker who goes almost daily for years and didnt know about this free birthday drink and I am sure they didnt want to redeem these. So check for a coupon right around your birthday. I bet if you earn other discounts they would not tell you.

Handles a busy and fast paced corporate office environment with ease. Friendly and reliable staff!
New, clean and store, fast service but I'm not a fan of Caribou! Their coffee tastes worst than SuperAmerica coffee and their cups are cheap! From a premium coffee I'd go to Starbucks or get a $1 coffee from gas station!
