My daughter and I enjoy going to Chipotle for their quick service during the busy weekdays. I enjoy the chicken and Barbacoa bowl with white rice. Their chips and queso are okay (I'm not a huge fan of the queso because it has a smokey flavor that's hard for me to describe). After you order they now offer cups to take home some Tobasco sauce which is awesome! Overall, definitely recommend this place for a quick take home meal during the busy hustle and bustle of the week.

The food was cold and they didn’t have hard shells for tacos. That seems to be a regular thing. The service seemed very annoyed that i was there ordering food that pays their wages. I heard gringo as they passed my order from 1 employee to another. They were out of peppers and onions as well, so that pissed off the employee, that i even asked for it. Then to pay $12 bucks for 2 soft shelled taco i didnt really want with it missing some ingredients and the wrong shell and the bad attitudes. I wont be going back any time soon. Iusually dont post bad reviews, but this experience was extra bad and i think until they get some employeescare about what they are doing, I’m going to steer clear of this joint. Sorry

I stopped by Tripoli tonight. January 15 10:50 pm I've been in the food industry for over 30 years. Nothing worse than going to a restaurant that closes earlier than it's supposed to very disappointed. Two girls were leaving there that were being served

Walked in when they opened and the tables were all dirty so nobody bothered cleaning them from the day before or the start up crew. Good thing I am not paying there paychecks they would be fired. This is the meaning of a lazy crew. Fire them. Can you imagine what happens in the kitchen. Same thing.

Staff monitoring the checkout counter preferred to take her time arguing with a DoorDash driver and then chose to ignore him, and made customers wait to check out, also made a comment that she “doesn’t get paid enough “, feels as though she should not be working hand in hand with customers if she’s going to have a bummy attitude. Have never had an issue with this chipotle up until tonight, makes me not want to come back to this location unfortunately.

Ordered food last night and woke up with food poisoning 🙃. It was bad enough there was more toppings then rice or beans but to get sick on top is diabolical. I don't expect much of nothing from this just watch the night shift a little bit closer because someone messed up somewhere.
When got home with food noted the chips were missing but I was charged for them. Called they said I had to bring in receipt to pick up the missed chips. Drove back, no apology. Got home food was cold by then.

This is a ripoff me and my father and my siblings were stopping to eat we ordered a bowl of chicken and rice for the four of us with no beverage they told us the cost went up to $60 mind you, we did not get a sip to drink to top it all off the food didn’t even taste good they put too much guacamole. Even though we said to listen the amount At this point, our food was 90% guacamole and 10% sour cream this place is a horrible place to eat, and you should look for somewhere better to eat
