I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle to no one. My bowls was always filled under what I paid for they said extra rice cost more, when asked for my salsa, sour cream etc on the side it would never be honored and the staff was very rude when asked questions and always was rushed with ordering. My food was always cold and I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and keep getting the same result. It sad when your not getting good service and your supporting a business with your hard earned money with working two job because of how things are expensive.

I agree with all the one star comments about portion size. For sure do not order online and tip, because you are going to want the tip back.
Update: I reached out to the provided link. They said it is against Chipotle policy to provide refunds to a credit card, that they can only give coupons that expire, can't be combined, and can't be used for delivery (due to the 10 dollar minimum)
Original Review: We ordered the new build your own special which is supposed to come with all of the ingredients you need to make tacos or burrito bowls for 4-6 people and costs around 80 dollars to get delivered before tip. Most of our order was missing. We did not get the chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, or cheese. All we got was stale chips, tortillas that were 3 days expired according to the sticker printed on it, and some dips. I'm guessing that even though the ticket on the bag said 1/1 bags there were actually 2 bags and the other got left at the store. I called the store number and though it was extremely difficult to get past the automated system I was able to finally talk to customer service. They said all they can do is give me 2 entrees and more chips and dips for a future order. So I paid over 80 dollars for chips and dips and my friends and I didn't get to eat a meal. The credit we received was nowhere near the value of the food we did not receive. I really just wanted to be connected to the actual store so they could look on the counter and say yes we have the rest of your order and we'll send it over as soon as possible. Instead, we didn't even get a refund, just some digital coupons that expire in a month.

Absolutely loved my experience at Chipotle today! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and energy — you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. The line moved quickly, everything was clean and organized, and the ingredients looked fresh and colorful. I appreciate how they take the time to make your bowl or burrito exactly how you want it, and the portions were generous — definitely worth the price.
The atmosphere was welcoming — modern, bright, and great for both dining in or grabbing something quick. You can smell that signature Chipotle aroma the moment you step inside — warm rice, grilled chicken, and freshly made tortillas. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy your meal peacefully, without any rush.
The highlight for me was how consistent the flavor and freshness were — every bite had that balance of spice, creaminess, and crunch. I’ve eaten at many Chipotle locations, but this one truly stands out for its cleanliness, friendly service, and perfectly cooked food.
If you’re someone who values fresh ingredients, fast service, and food made with care, this Chipotle is definitely worth visiting. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Very disappointing experience.
While I was in line at Chipotle, I saw a piece of meat fall from the spoon into the chicken while the customer ahead of me was being served. When it was my turn, I asked the employee what the meat was, and she said it was pork. I explained what I saw and told her that I can’t have pork. She just moved the piece of chicken back into the pork container and asked if I still wanted chicken. When I asked for fresh chicken from the back, she called the manager, and he only said to “change the spoon.”
That response didn’t make me feel safe or respected, so I walked out without ordering. Staff should be more careful and better trained to handle dietary restrictions and cross-contamination issues.

Great customer service. Nice to know they have bilingual people which it’s awesome not many places in MN have this.

I used to come to this place at least 3 days a week, but I’m really disappointed now. They always serve half a bowl, and when you mention it, they tell you to make it double instead of giving you a proper portion. That’s not how you treat loyal customers. We pay for a full bowl, not half. Very disappointing service
