Service was great. Leena had great energy. My iced coffee definitely hit the spot. This is my usual spot. Coffee is always great.

The caprici sandwich, with tomato, pesto, and melted mozzarella cheese, is delicious and perfect for lunch or brunch. The blue-haired server is a blast!
The shop is conveniently located near a high school fields for parents waiting for their children.

This was my first time having Caribou Coffee, as in the actual coffee. I've had their ice cream from the grocery store before, but they don't have any actual stores in Texas, where I live. Absolutely blew my mind. I love this place. Just straight up delicious. Much better than Starbucks could ever be. The drive through was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but that was a me problem. Wonderful place, wonderful staff.

Jada was very nice. My iced mocha was Ye I like that dinner with with the with the cat food in the water, huh? delicious. But I drink them too fast when they’re cold. At least when they’re hot I can’t drink too fast.

Went all the time for my coffee and sometimes food. It was just fine. Sometimes drivethru was slow, but still is way better than a Starbucks. If a manager is at the window it’s annoying as hell because there will be a line backed out into the parking lot and the manager is attempting to upsell you three times after you complete your order. TOTAL TURNOFF. STOP DOING THIS. Let us order and get the hell out. It’s obnoxious. You are annoying your customers. That all said, I stopped going there after the person in the drive thru told me they hoped Trump won. (This was pre-election) Started going to a different location. It wasn’t necessarily this person’s fault, but I want nothing to do with anyone that is sympathetic to criminal and a dictator.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience at Caribou Coffee!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-through at this Caribou expecting a simple, well-made hot chocolate. Instead, I was handed a sad, watery excuse for a drink that tasted like someone waved a cocoa bean over a cup of warm milk and called it a day.

I politely asked for it to be remade—because, you know, paying actual money means I should get something remotely drinkable—but instead of fixing the issue professionally, the person on the intercom snapped at me. Seriously? Customer service 101: don’t be rude when someone asks you to fix your mistake.

After waiting again, they handed me another cup, and guess what? It was just as bad. At this point, I don’t know if they just have no idea how to make hot chocolate or if they were intentionally messing with me. Either way, I ended up with a twice-failed, watery mess and a terrible experience to match.

Save your time, your money, and your patience—go somewhere else unless you enjoy being served attitude with a side of disappointment.
