Went all the time for my coffee and sometimes food. It was just fine. Sometimes drivethru was slow, but still is way better than a Starbucks. If a manager is at the window it’s annoying as hell because there will be a line backed out into the parking lot and the manager is attempting to upsell you three times after you complete your order. TOTAL TURNOFF. STOP DOING THIS. Let us order and get the hell out. It’s obnoxious. You are annoying your customers. That all said, I stopped going there after the person in the drive thru told me they hoped Trump won. (This was pre-election) Started going to a different location. It wasn’t necessarily this person’s fault, but I want nothing to do with anyone that is sympathetic to criminal and a dictator.

The Hot carmel high rise was very good as usual. And the white chocolate raspberry scone hit the spot. Just enough sweetness combined with the scone was a good start of my busy day.
Parking: Always plenty of parking.

At this caribou the staff are so friendly. When I go through the drive-through with my dog, they always give him a pupcup. I really like that they do that and be gets so excited for his treat
Today 10/21/24 was the first time I went inside the store. I am a regular at this location now. I'm not sure if the batista was having a bad day or what but she was very rude. Felt as if she was rushing my fiancé and myself. Like she did not want us in the store did not want to wait on us I'm not sure. But this was the first time I had not tipped at a Caribou coffee location.

The guy at the drive thru that took my form of payment was verry welcoming & a super nice person to interact with!!! I speak both english & spanish and he greeted me in spanish with such kindness! Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Today around 2:30 I ordered a green tea, lemonade blended. Every order that I have received had been perfect up until then. I don’t know if the young man was new but my wife tried twice and he still got it wrong. It wasn’t blended. I had ice chunks in my tea. I will order from there again, but these guys need to get some better training.
Super chill, fast internet, and lots of space to sit in and relax. There is one big table, a couple of smaller ones, and about four tall tables. There is also a fake fireplace with some nice leather chairs. It's way better than Starbucks because they still have a small bar with milk and sugar that you can use on your own, and the internet is way better!
