By far the best Caribou Coffee I have ever been to!! They know my order every time I drive up. Best baristas I have ever encountered. Super fast service and they make my drink beyond delicious every time!! All of the other caribou’s I have been to are inconsistent. Super clean and well kept on the inside. Everything is amazing!!

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Caribou Coffee! Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of welcome that makes my day. The team here is incredibly friendly. a big shout out to Espen, Meron and I remember Sam, too.
They always remember my order—it feels so personal, like I'm not just a customer but a part of their community.

Amazing place to get a drink and some food! Great atmosphere and excellent customer service, especially on a holiday! All the employees are wonderful and friendly and really go the extra mile to provide fast and helpful service and to make sure your experience is pleasant. Very clean and comfortable with good seating indoors. The food and drinks are outstanding, I keep coming back for the Just Egg Flatbread, it’s always perfectly warm and so tasty!! Thanks to the baristas for the excellent service!!
Dietary restrictions: Several vegetarian sandwich options and a delicious just egg vegan flatbread! Dairy free milk can be substituted in a variety of drinks!

Went there yesterday for the first time yesterday and had a great time! Really nice place to get some schoolwork done. The barista I talked to (I believe their name was Tori) was very friendly and made some great recommendations on what to get.
Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly staff. They do not know the items on their menu. When you ask a question about a menu item, they get angry and don't want to help a customer out. They got my drink order wrong and I had the pleasure of getting a burnt bagel.

Worst service I've ever had at a Caribou. In the past 7 days I have been to 3 different Caribous around the cities, and this one just couldn't get it together. I had two baristas and then the shift manager (I'm assuming) get snappy with me telling me I didn't place my order correctly. When in reality it was a failure to communicate on their part in conjunction with a failure in knowing how to apply the rewards associated with my account. I would have rated my service higher had the three of them not gotten snippy with me. If my rewards are going to be redeemed, I expect to receive them in my drink. Also, when they made my drink "correctly", it tasted as if they just mixed in regular coffee. Not as I ordered it.

I went to get a bagel with cream cheese on the side and when I got it I looked at the bagel and there was a hair on it so I went back and I asked for a different one and when I got this on she put the cream cheese on my bagel and when I was looking at it there was a hair in my cream cheese and there was a hair on the bag. Never coming here again, I can’t even eat a simple bagel without there being hair on it!
