3rd experience at this Davanni’s - same pizza every time. Large Veggie with traditional crust.
First 2 times AMAZING! This last time on 5/30/24, the pizza had obviously slid at some point during baking or right off the heat? 2 of the pieces had no crust under them (you can see the squished/no crust pieces in the pic). What the heck? They should not have sent that pizza out like that - should have let me know and partially refunded or offered to make a new one. Also,...

Visiting from out of town and wanted to try local pizza. This honestly was the most bland pizza I've ever had. Little Ceasars tastes better than this. All I ordered was a plain cheese pizza. The red sauce had no flavor and there seemed to be no spices at all. Like none. Same with the cheese topping, no garlic, no spice just slapped on cheese. Luckily, we ordered the garlic bread and that was flavorful and filling. We ate the Garlic bread and managed to eat 1 slice of pizza...

We took a flyer on this and surely have no complaints. You might say the meat was a little scant on my sandwich but it was so well balanced it worked out well. The calzone was substantial and tasty. Good value, good guess on us stopping in. The deep dish pizza looked very god, hope we get back one day!
