We were in the area, when we happened upon this place. Sometimes you see a place once, and you just have to go right there, instead of coming back later. I mean when I walked in I not only liked how nice the guy was, but there was no hurry in ordering. I decide on the banana bread, and a few cupcakes. When I got home I liked how the red velvet cupcake had a really smooth and creamy texture. Also, I liked the bread as it was not only small, but it worked as a good side item with my meal or a late night snack. Of course when I am in the area, I will be back, on account of all the various menu items that they had.

First time visiting this bakery, and Ebony the owner is just amazing and such a sweetheart. LOVED her strawberry crunch cake cup. I would HIGHLY recommend this bakery for all your dessert needs.

As a frequent customer I can honestly say each visit comes with a new experience. You never know what new treats Ebony is concocting and if you're lucky to catch her in the middle of a creation you'll be the first to sample it. The lemon cupcake will forever be my favorite though I love the holiday season when she breaks out the sweet potato pies. They are to die for. If you haven't been you're doing yourself a disservice. Aces.

I finally had a chance to visit Dessertopia. One thing I will say right away is how creative some of the cakes were here. The designs (such as a shoe) looked real! I ordered some mini loaves of banana bread. The banana bread was still soft and warm when I picked it up. I especially enjoyed the mini jars of ice cream cake available. Finally, I selected a couple of cupcakes from the display case. At no point did I encounter any dry cakes.Dessertopia really lives up to the name in providing all kinds of sweet bakery treats! I will keep this place in mind for future birthday cakes.

Ebony is the most professional person I ever felt with when it comes to self own business. I ordered pi’s for my family dinner last minute. She wants able to full full the order but she was able to process my refund while we were on the phone no questions asked and more I did not expect that. Despite what happened I will still be a customer with her, because of how she handled the situation and just a fact I can’t leave her desserts alone.

Ebony the owner is a joy to work with and she really does try to bring every detail in what you are looking for in your custom orders. I have had a few cakes by this bakery now and I will forever have my cakes made here. I have never been disappointed in any kind of way. My sister had me a surprise cake made here for my dad who passed away 4 years ago, and I mean it was perfect. Everything about this bakery is amazing to me. I’ll be in soon. Keep on being awesome!!!!! Thank you for your delicious treats!

My daughter and I grab some amazing desserts every weekend. The cupcakes are insanely good especially the Carmel filled ones. The maple pecan cookies are another go to. The ice cream cake cups are also amazing

You HAVE to try this awesome black owned, woman owned dessert shop at The Hub in Richfield! Dessertopia is so amazing. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse and Caramel Red Velvet cupcakes were my favorite! Customer service was way above and beyond. We will definitely be back!!!

I ordered a Cocomelon themed birthday cake for my daughters 2nd birthday and Dessertopia exceeded my expectations! The cake was exactly what I sent in the picture and not only that but it tasted DELICIOUS! So many guests asked where we got the cake from. She was super responsive to all my questions, everything was absolutely perfect, 100%!!

Great, great flavor. My lemon cupcake had the brightest, zingiest filling and the frosting was creamy and just sweet enough. And it was the right size! I could bite it and finish it and feel just satisfied. And we also got a PB and Chocolate cake cup - so good. Again, lightly sweet and super creamy. And a chocolate caramel cup which was good, but the other two were so super it only seemed good. Not the greatest storefront bakery - there were only five or six items in the case at 3:30 on weekday. But maybe it’s a special order focused joint. Either way, it’s good!

The staff here were really great. Pumpkin bar I wanted was not fresh, so it couldn't be served without a discount. I ordered two cupcakes, one was a reindeer and one was a Santa. They were tasty and nicely iced. I'll come again and try some more snacks in the future! Also, the customer area is small and was very cramped when I went inside.
