Customer service was so bad they continuously made my drink wrong and when I had asked them to readjust it the barista had an attitude and called her manager and then her manager was even more terrible and defended her wrongs. Worst dunkin location

Fast service, but that’s about all they have going for them. We went to this place sporadically throughout the year and it’s been very hit or miss. 75% of the time the simple drink (two modifications) is made incorrectly, and half the time the employees don’t even acknowledge us at the drive thru window. I’ve only went to this one because of the convenience of the drive thru, but I think I’ll stick to the one in St. Paul from now on.

I’ve been to this location before and is has changed for the worse. I don’t know if it’s management or the employees. I ordered a box of donut holes and they were cold and and wet like. They were supposed to be glazed but it’s almost like it had melted off. Are they passing off day old donuts as fresh? Very disappointed, I will not return.

Ordered this same drink from this location yesterday and was fine but super watered down. Unfortunately today there was a Hispanic guy who argued with me for 10 minutes about not wanting to fill my drink up. Dunkin drinks are usually watered down easily due to the crazy amount of ice hence why I asked for less. This is how my drink came, he was very argumentative when I asked him. Also did not add any of my coffee syrups. Literally served me a plain latte half filled. Disgusting. Waste of money.Absolutely terrible service.

Gave me half cup for my medium iced latte, I asked for syrup and they didn’t put a single drop. Told the people at the drive thru about and they said we can’t do anything about it.

They made a mistake with my order, but when I drove around to let them know, they quickly made it right with a perfect remake. I almost expected it to be harder, but they did it with a smile. 10/10 service, and great drinks too.

there’s this one girl working there with yellow hair and glittery makeup. she was being EXTREMELY rude and had so much attitude!! she forgot to give us some parts of our orders so we went inside to get the missing items and we heard her talking bad about us to her co workers. she said that they’re short staffed and that’s why she’s was having attitude but when we went in there, there was plenty of workers.

A girl with yellow hair at the richfield dunkin’ donuts was being very cranky and had a whole bunch of attitude acting like we can fix it. This behavior was extremely rude and unacceptable.Such bad customer service. Fire her!!!!!!!
