I had a very unprofessional experience at this Dunkin’ location in Richfield. My drink was made incorrectly, and I politely asked at the drive-through if it could be remade. Instead of helping, the employee became defensive and told us we would have to pay again.
While we were still speaking, she shut the drive-through window on us, forcing us to park and go inside. Inside the store, she argued with us, spoke on my behalf while another employee was trying to help, and told that employee there was nothing wrong with my drink, even though it was not made to my order.
She also claimed to be the manager and threatened to call the police, despite us remaining calm and respectful. I was eventually given a refund, but all I wanted was my matcha made correctly.
I am a loyal Dunkin’ customer and was very disappointed by how this situation was handled. I have contacted Dunkin’ customer service and hope this matter is addressed.

This is the BEST dunkin in MN always such a great experience at night time with Olivia she is always SUPER friendly kind and very personable I will continue coming thru as long as her and the pink hair dude remain. I’d recommend anyone this location over others ANY DAY!

I ordered a medium iced macchiato with French vanilla, but it tasted nothing like my usual drink. When I mentioned it, the guy with long hair and a young blonde woman were rude and told me to “take it or leave it.” After taking the drink back for 10 minutes, they returned the same drink without fixing it. Very poor customer service.

Lester or the Mexican man in the store is extremely rude they served me cold me hash browns and a cold sandwich when I asked for them to remake it he was extremely rude to me and told me this was the last time they serve me at this store. Comical to think a person would return to a store where the service is horrible and the people running it posses no compassion or respect or customer service skills. DD shame on you for this

I had a little gift card to Dunkin Donut and went here for a little after dinner snack/desert. I could'nt believe they were open at 7pm on a sunday night. I got my choice of donuts off the rack. I chose a sprinkled and a long john. One did not make it home. Sooo delicious. I ate it in the car. The sprinkled one was chocolate with autumn colored sprinkles. The long john was vanilla frosted. Sooo good. 😋

First timer here. My order was messed up the first time and James was kind enough to fix the issue for me. I appreciate his honesty and kindness.
Customer service was so bad they continuously made my drink wrong and when I had asked them to readjust it the barista had an attitude and called her manager and then her manager was even more terrible and defended her wrongs. Worst dunkin location

We went to this place sporadically throughout the year and it’s been very hit or miss. 75% of the time the simple drink (two modifications) is made incorrectly, and half the time the employees don’t even acknowledge us at the drive thru window. I’ve only went to this one because of the convenience of the drive thru, but I think I’ll stick to the one in St. Paul from now on.
