I love dunkin, But i hate this location. 1: They are so unorganised 2: Everytime i order they always mess something up 3: the workers are so rude and don’t handle stuff with care. Please do better!! And you can’t really study there bc of loud they play their music (just putting this out there for those who study.

Hash browns and breakfast sandwich were awful. Lid wouldn't stay on hot coffee so it spilt all over myself and car. Staff was very friendly.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Dunkin' drive-thru recently, and I must say, Lex and Katie made my experience exceptional! From the moment I pulled up, their friendly and welcoming demeanor stood out. They were incredibly efficient, ensuring that my order was taken quickly and accurately. Service was awful, the workers were rude and the food was cold. We ordered a coffee, hash browns, and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was gross, the hash browns were cold, and when we got up to the window the lady that took our order had never put in the breakfast sandwich. When we asked about it she came up to the window and yelled at us that the shop was too busy to make us the sandwich even though it was her mistake, not ours. We never got the sandwich.

My boyfriend came in today to get a couple donuts and a drink, and he was first in line. For whatever reason, the guy at the counter helped the family behind him in line first. Then he proceeds to ignore my boyfriend for roughly 10 mins, and kept popping into the back to do who knows what. Finally, my boyfriend got his attention and ordered what he wanted. The guy seemed clueless about what he was doing and ending up putting the wrong drink into the system so he received the wrong drink.

Nothing here is worth the addition of very poor customer service. Drive thru loser told me to hurry up and make up my mind. I'd only been there for two minutes their menu is hard to read and has a bunch of different, "same things" on it and I had to tell them three times I needed more time. The last time they told me I could come inside but I needed to order because there was a line of cars behind me. I won't be treated like that here ever again. We went to Edina Coffee Roasters what has much better coffee and *nice* people work there.

Dunkin is one of my favorite coffee places and I usually have a great experience. However, the past two times I’ve ordered a coffee with cold foam, there’s no cold foam. This is something I’m paying extra for so it’s very disappointing not to have.
