The lack of friendliness was incredible. I expressed, 'good morning', in a friendly way and they just behaved like I was bothering them. I just decided to get a cup of coffee as the menu changed and nothing was appealing. I waited, (no kidding) 10 minutes for my coffee. They put in cream and sugar, and I didn't ask. Previous visits, I put my own in. Way too much cream and 2 sugar's. I asked why she put it in and her answer was you said you were going to put it in it. I said, I thought the cream and sugar was out on the counter, sugar was, but not the cream. I said, you never even asked how much, you just put it in. Just looked at me. The friend with me order donut and a coffee. A different server grabbed a donut without a sheet of wax paper and dropped it in a bag. He got his coffee after 10 minutes and it was like they brew for just one coffee at a time, it was so thick. This Crew did not know how to make coffee or any customer service skills! We will not be going back. Floor was filthy, service countertops dirty, no napkins, trash cans full. It was clear that the emphasis here was on drive-thru, not walk-ins.

I just wanna acknowledge how wonderful mr Alex is, not only did he remember who I was and my order, he made my day start off great.because I was already in a rush to work! not only did I not have to explain it. It was already memorized so all I had to do was pull forward. Talk about great customer service,and valuing your customers. also last but not least the great smile he has, and the wonderful attitude early in the morning thanks Alex! you rock!!!! If you want to have a great day go to Dunkin and ask for Alex he’s amazing.?

4 versus 5 star only because their breakfast sandwiches aren’t served hot or even warm. They’re almost cold and the cheese isn’t melted. Had them a few times and the same every time. Customer service is good though!!

I decided to try dunkin donuts. I usually go to Starbucks, but I wanted to try something new. The young red head girl that said, she was management. I believe she is too immature for a position like that. She has anger issues and no patience for new people. I was asking what type of Caramel drinks they have. She replied, "we can add caramel to any thing." She was saying it in a Sacrastic tone. Look, there Menu isn't very clear. What type of Flavors. Then you have kid being disrespectful, I am just trying to figure out what I would like to order. Your management inexperienced with customer service. They should take anger therapy. These are very minor situations in life to become so angry about questions. Thanks, I will be staying at Starbucks. The coffee tastes watered down, the egg sandwiches don't come with basics like Salt and pepper. Go to Starbucks many flavors very tasty!

Two times now I've been to this Dunkin' and neither time they've asked if I was apart of their loyalty, so both times were missed. I asked if there was a way to add it from the receipt, and the gal at the window simply told me no, and that it needed to be scanned before my card, so there was nothing she could do. Every place else I go always asks if you're a part of the loyalty, but not here. What a bummer!

We asked for a black coffee with sugar in itI’ve asked for it before…the worker instead of explaining to us that they couldn’t do that said “then that’s not a black coffee then dear” in an extremely condescending tone.Although the sugar is in it, I felt extremely disrespected by her toneI’ve worked in costumer service myself and understand that sometimes the things people ask for maybe a bit too much but this was just a bit of sugar in black coffee
