I ordered on uber eats two hook and ladder sandwiches with no onion. It’s my first time trying firehouse subs; so I was excited.
When I took a bite, something felt off or weird. Firstly I wasn’t expecting my sandwich to be warm which threw me off in itself. I suppose the bio says smoked turkey breast but I didn’t think it meant my sub was warm. I don’t really like the idea of eating warm deli meat. Then I noticed there was no mustard or tomato and hardly any mayo. The sandwich tasted kinda weird. I don’t think I’ll try firehouse subs again, I hardly even wanna eat my second sandwich

Consistently out of sweet tea, and consistently screws up your order. Also consistently gives you attitude about their screw ups. I love Firehouse, but this location is trash.
