Placed a pickup order through the app for 10:30 pickup, showed up at the store and it was closed, website, app, Google, and even store building all say it opens at 10 but apparently not. Only reason it's not one stars is a staff member was able to helpe get a refund, but still wasted 30 minutes and a coupon. I have always liked firehouse subs but don't plan to be back in the near future

This advertisement on website, definitely DOES NOT... look like what you get for $12+ dollars. Hate when they do that. Just don't pictures up then. False advertisement. Sick of companies doing that. Basically $12+ dollars for bread.

Horrible mobile order process. Food cold and bread soggy, yuck. Went to sign saying 'Order Pickup', order was not ready. Sat and waited, 10 minutes after food was made, I finally got it. They don't call your name! They call #'s??? Heard #2,#4 ect called over and over again, and sometimes simultaneously. I doubt all the register order #'s are all the same. There is no # one a mobile order. Who runs these places???

Do not order through the local website listed on Google Maps affiliated with ChowNow - apparently those orders go into a black hole and aren't actually delivered to the store. Staff was sympathetic but didn't have any solutions - ended up having to just order another meal and now I have to figure out how to reverse the charge for food I didn't get.

I ordered on uber eats two hook and ladder sandwiches with no onion. It’s my first time trying firehouse subs; so I was excited.
When I took a bite, something felt off or weird. Firstly I wasn’t expecting my sandwich to be warm which threw me off in itself. I suppose the bio says smoked turkey breast but I didn’t think it meant my sub was warm. I don’t really like the idea of eating warm deli meat. Then I noticed there was no mustard or tomato and hardly any mayo. The sandwich tasted kinda weird. I don’t think I’ll try firehouse subs again, I hardly even wanna eat my second sandwich
