Very rude manager!!!!

The location is very clean.
& They're very affordable.

I had the New York Steamer. Their pastrami was delicious!

My cousin had their Spicey Cajan Chicken. Two thumbs up!

Everything about this place is amazing! I have been coming here for years and have never had a horrible experience. The food is always so fresh and everyone working there is so nice! The manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is always so willing to help. Do yourself a favor and go here! You won’t regret it!

I have been coming here for months and honestly due to the convenience of the location. I continued coming in spite of the rude, unprofessional, and abrasive manager. But tonight I had enough. I did not tell you to apply for this job. You chose to work here so you need to have a better attitude. These people act like they don’t need customers! She is mean-spirited and it shows.

The staff was not friendly and when my child with sensory disorder received their food and it had lettuce on it was given grief because we wanted a new one made. So when they finally made it they put so much hot peppers on the sub that you couldn't see anything else on the sandwich. When I went up to confront the staff about it i was told that they will not make the sandwich again. Will never eat there again

i just want to say that the description of Firehouse as "Sandwich chain with lots of hot sauces" is completely misleading. the only "hot sauce" they have is their captain sorensen's datil pepper sauce and it's not even spicy. also i have no idea why they removed all of their cold subs except for tuna because i loved the cold italian. idk this place just seems lazy

A Latina Manager wearing a grey shirt was EXTREMELY rude to me and my small party of 3. She accused me of lying about my mobile order and threatened to call the police. When I showed the order on my phone she got defensive.

the manger working from like 6-8 picked a huge fight with me for literally no reason. She started screaming at me for leaning on a table. She went on and on for two full minutes about me and the table before I snapped. (I should’ve kept my composure but if she just told me once I would’ve been fine, it’s the tangent that really annoyed me). After that I lost my appetite and left. I see a couple of people mention her in a review but someone really needs to do something about her.
