Great place, love the service and the food; we've been going there for years and years. I always order green peppers on my burger, but today when my family ordered out they gave me jalapeños instead of green peppers. The receipt did say green peppers, no jalapeños. It made my heart sad, because I had to remove the jalapeños and there was no crunch to my meal. Then my family sang sad songs to console me. Other than that, great place, we absolutely love it; this has really been the first time something like this has happened to me.

Not sure what kind of policy they’re following, but I asked for a simple water cup with a lid for my toddler and it turned into an unnecessary ordeal. I even offered to have them fill it themselves so there was no confusion about soda, and they still pushed back. It shouldn’t be that hard to get a safe cup for a kid. Really frustrating and just an overall unpleasant interaction.

Charles was so nice. Our food came out fast, fresh, and hot (well except our milkshake which was cold and delicious). We spent some time talking comics with him since it was slow. We had a lot of fun while eating our lunch. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.

It had been a few years since I had tried eating at this Richfield Five Guys Location. Previously, It had been a long wait to get food, and never enough seating. I can say confidently that has changed. Not only dors thr food come out more quickly, but the seating seems to have almost doubled with thr inclusion of all thr outdoor seating.

One tip I will give you is, if you order online, your receipt will be yellow instead of white and prominently display your name. If you are ever having trouble understanding if your order has been called, you should be able to easily check the receipt and see your name.

The foods was great, even the burgers does! This place looks amazing, the details, especially I look at Marvel's Avengers Comic part, and it have a free refill with Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so I can make my own mixed drinks! 10/10!

Very clean. Very friendly staff. The food was AMAZING. They did mess up on one of the burgers we ordered, but the GM so graciously gave us a $10 gift card and came and delivered the burger to us at our table and expressed his sincere apologies. This is the Five Guys we usually go to, and we will definitely continue to come here! Love this place!!

This location is the best location but today I ordered my food to go for my second shift and they added things on my burger that I did not request I'm allergic to mayonnaise and I got to work ready to heat up my sandwich and notice that there's mail on both sides of my bread. And all I wanted on my burger was pickles grilled onions bacon and barbecue sauce no barbecue sauce just mayo. Now I have to go another 12 hours without any because I work at a location where there's no food and I pick up my lunch on the way to work. Please do better

During my 4th of July delivery runs, I got a delivery request from this particular location. While the customer's order was taking a little longer than usual because of how busy it was at the time, I had a pretty good chit-chat with the employees and got myself a free peanut to eat while I waited.

Safe to say, I love the vibes.

I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats, I work for that company every single day, and sometimes my mother, 9 year old, and 10 year old little brothers tag along. I had to pick up an order at this location so everyone who was with me went inside to use the bathroom and to get something to drink. My little brothers brought in their own LITTLE cups and started to get something to drink. An older, short, and crabby woman immediately RAN over to IMMEDIATELY start screaming and pointing at them saying that they can't do that and must pour it out while bring less than 8 inches from there face. My 9 year old special needs brother started crying and was unbelievably embarrassed because of how she acted. She never talked to my mom nor me first but only to the 9 & 10 year old. As a delivery driver, we have never been screamed at for getting a drink ESPECIALLY at a 9 & 10 year old. Was forced to pay for 2 large drinks even though they brought their own cups. Multiple separate guests even complained about how she acted and how absolutely ridiculous she was. This was absolutely disgusting behavior to children, and I hope nobody has to experience the same situation as we did. I will NEVER come here again, and I hope nobody will either.
