Came in today for the millionth time because I love this place, but this time I got service and attitude that left a sour taste in my mouth. " Fei C"was so rude and standoffish in her tone..... She made me feel as though I'd done something wrong by simply walking in the door.
I want to give her the benefit of a doubt, maybe I caught her at the wrong time on the wrong day, but being rude to your patrons won't get you very far.

I love this place, tons of flavor and great portions for the price! Every time I order from other Poke places it’s just not quite the same. My husband is also obsessed! We order through the uber app as well to get any promotions they have and delta points.

I have ordered from this location previously and really enjoyed my food. Ordered for pickup today in the Uber app because there was a deal. I arrived after the app said my order was ready, but the bowls had not been made. The staff couldn't find my order in the computer (until she did 5 minutes later), and after being kinda rude to me she printed a receipt and handed it to another employee who told her she'd make it. She never told me what was happening and just walked away. Shortly after that the power went out and so I had to leave with no food.

I have been coming here and always enjoyed the quality of the food for a few years now as I live close by but On May 15th at 11am I placed a order through Toast and went to pick it up on my way to work so I would have food for my long work day. I waited until close to the pick up time to leave and when I went to pick it up I was told the order never came through. I had to leave for work and could not wait and asked how I could be refunded. The person working said I’d have to contact toast. She offered no apology or concession. Just that it didn’t go through instead of being accountable and saying I didn’t see the order I’m sorry, let me get my manager or call him/her. I called the store after I left but no one answered. So I called the number on their website and it went to the Apple Valley store where the manager apologized and said he would refund me and send me a gift card. I did get the gift card but it’s for the Apple Valley location. It’s been almost a month and I still have not received a refund for the food I ordered on my credit card as promised. I’m really disappointed but I can’t continue to come here if I do not receive my orders or are refunded for ones I don’t receive. It’s too bad because I do love the food.
