I went in to this Richfield location to pick up my order. There was no line but the gentleman with the glasses and short facial hair was rude with me. I was not even greeted. My order was wrong but I did not want to go back to ask for a corrected order because of the rudeness. I do not know if it was a bad day. I enjoyed the food at another location but I will not go back to this one due to this gentleman’s behavior.

Pretty solid spot for poke. They are very generous with their portioning of veggies/sides, the scoops of protein were minimal though. Overall, staff were nice and prices were reasonable.

We wanted to try something different while in the area. First when we walked in there was not a soul in the restaurant and they told us to wait…. They didn’t ask if we wanted any customizations and made it so quick I wasn’t able to say what I didn’t want on it. The tofu said cooked but it was cold and spongy it definitely didn’t look cooked. It could have used more sauce. I was with my mom and we ordered separate and they put the order together without asking us so then I had to Zelle her. Not great communication. Would be nice if they asked if you’d ever been before. Nice to try once for something different but wouldn’t try again.

Amazing customer service. The crew at this location are always extremely kind and patient. I'm sitting here eating my rainbow bowl and noticing a few demanding guests in line. This guy is being pummeled by questions about sauces and allergy concerns. The staff always impresses me with speed, accuracy and staying calm under pressure.

I got the one vegetarian option. It tasted really off. I don't know why, I think it might have been the furikakae? There was raw and cold plain tofu on top of cold rice topped with cold edamame and some cucumber. So it tasted off but it was also bland and lacked texture. It was better when I went home and put tons of wasabi on it. Then it tasted like wasabi.
