My second time having Poke, and it was so good. Had the Tuna lovers bowl and it was so much food. Fresh and full of flavor. Will definitely be back.

I get it - it’s really annoying when customers walk in but you just want to go home.We entered the store around 8:40/8:45 and it closed at 9pm. We ordered the Tuna Lover bowl with jalapeños and an order of Taiyaki. What really sucks though, is when you literally don’t get the food you paid for… They were in such a rush to get out and finish work, they didn’t put the Taiyaki order in and we felt so bad about the implied “slight” we were forcing on them by ordering food we rushed out without checking the bag.I completely understand being “disgruntled” about having to serve people but this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very good place but sometimes they don't put enough eel sauce on my bowl or any at all especially when I order online. It’s happened many times when I ordered online and I didn’t get any eel sauce or the extra sauce on the side I paid for. I know there are always new employees here very often so I don't blame them but it does get very frustrating because the sauce put everything together otherwise it lacks its overall flavor.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but this afternoon there was a young immature girl working that had an attitude as soon as I started my order, I ordered a bowl but wanted it modified without the crab meat and substitute for spicy salmon. Now I understand that they charge charge for the upgrade which I don’t have a problem paying for, but she is the only person that ever charges me for upgrading it not even the manager has charged me for the upgrade. She continued to make my bowl with an attitude, she kept taking deep breaths like I was bothering her to do her job, she kept saying girl under her breath (I’m 40 not a little girl). When we got time for me to check out. I had a free bowl for my Stamps being punched and she told me since I got the salmon it made it over $16 so I couldn’t use my free bowl. Mind you all the stamps I had on that card plus a new one came from that same modified bowl. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager that sold the same bowl modified and stamped my card many of times came out and the girl even gave her manager attitude. The problem was not resolved I told the manger thank you for trying but I can’t deal with that kind of attitude where I choose to spend my money. It’s not that I have a problem paying for my modifications. The problem is she is the only one being rude trying to enforce it.
Was busier than normal but we were still able to get in and out fairly fast. Staff answered questions about options happily and explained the process of making our own bowls. Clean and well stocked.
I’ve only ever ordered from HPB, and was going to do that today. I went on DoorDash to start placing my order, and I selected the “CYO - 3 Scoops”. The description says “If you’re choosing only 2 types of protein, please specify which protein you want 1 scoop of, and which you want 2 of.” So I tried doing that, but they’ve disabled the option to add special instructions to your order. So I’m literally stuck, unable to even add the item to the cart. Like what sense does that even make? Well, to sweeten the deal, I tried calling the store to let them know, only to have it ring 10 times and then be asked by a bot for an “Access Code”. Fix your faulty DoorDash options and fix your phone.

I ABSOLUTELY love Hawaii poke bowl but NOT the Richfield location. They've made my order wrong several time when I've placed a online order. I've wasted so much money at this place and walked put with incorrect meal at least one out of three times. I've tried contacted the company via FB messenger and called the store number, no answer. Today my order had maybe three pieces of mixed greens and no crab salad, which I paid extra for more. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Any other restaurant would compensate me for their error and this location I can't even reach someone to discuss my concerns. I will no longer be going to this location nor recommending them to anyone else. I am so bummed.
