They need to figure out how to handle online orders when there are people ordering in store. Two times I’ve gone here after ordering online and had to wait 15 minutes or so past the quoted pickup time (which is usually 15-20 after ordering), including after telling them I was waiting for the order, while they make sandwiches for people ordering in person. The last visit one of my subs clearly had been made and then sat for most of that time because it was completely soggy :(. Their sandwiches are usually great but their process not so much.

My first time at this location and it was okay they did greet me when I came in, my food was not good because of the bread they gave me was hard as a brick and was very crumbly the people who work at this location needs to practice hand washing I watched 2 people touch everything went outside came back in and start touching food not cool at all that's how people get sick the staff was nice and jersey Mike's is one of my favorite foods but I won't come back to this location

The person working the deli slicer, maybe the shift leader, during the evening on 09/13/25 had a bunch of online orders. He still greeted me, took my order and worked it in flawlessly into all of the other online orders, while directing another employee on efficiently making all these sandwiches. Which is already just A+ effort!
And then I told him the wrong toppings and he just offered to make a new one without any hesitation. It was my mistake and dude just worked this new remake back into the system. This guy was locked in and I can't even tell you how refreshing that is to see in the fast-casual restaurant setting.
I wish I got my guy name, but he crushed it and deserves recognition for it.

These are great and tasty sandwiches, check the menu online, because the menu they have on sight is incomplete (I always get the cancro special which is listed online but somehow is not in the menu they have at this location)

Unfortunately due to moving, I can no longer go to the Burnsville location, tried this place out due to being open later than my closer location.
I will drive out of my current location to go to this one. It was the best *insert explicit* Jersey Mike's sub I have ever had. I didn't feel like cooking after errands but I know where my future paycheck might end up. Dang good subs, dang good crew. Felt like I was home.

Just had surgery today-so it’ll be my first meal in days- then see you brought back the chicken salad sub and that MADE my entire DAY so much better! Your employee DENNIS was so incredibly kind and helpful- what an amazing guy! Don’t ever lose him- because of him I’ll be only coming to your location now, he made a shitty day okay, and that means a lot! Thinking I’ll have you cater my next company event now- with customer service like this I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it! Thank you Dennis and Jersey mikes- a step above the rest- not only in taste but in service! If I could give 100 stars I would!
