Just had surgery today-so it’ll be my first meal in days- then see you brought back the chicken salad sub and that MADE my entire DAY so much better! Your employee DENNIS was so incredibly kind and helpful- what an amazing guy! Don’t ever lose him- because of him I’ll be only coming to your location now, he made a shitty day okay, and that means a lot! Thinking I’ll have you cater my next company event now- with customer service like this I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it! Thank you Dennis and Jersey mikes- a step above the rest- not only in taste but in service! If I could give 100 stars I would!

I would like to start off saying that Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop. I frequent this restaurant often for lunch. With the distance I have to drive on my lunch break, I only have enough time to grab my sandwich and go. I use the mobile app to order ahead so the sandwich is ready when I get there in case there is a line. The reason I have taken 2 stars off is that the mobile order system gets overwhelmed around lunchtime and the promised time isn't always correct. On two separate visits lately I have ordered ahead only to have to wait around the restaurant for the sandwich to be made. (I always order one sandwich, no customization) On these two visits, there were no people in line. Customers arrived after I did, ordered their sandwich, paid and then left before I would receive my sandwich that I should have had long ago. They knew I was waiting, why couldn't they move my order over to the main line where the workers had nothing to do until someone walked in? Great place to eat, but unreliable if you're on a schedule.

Honestly, I don't if my boyfriend and I will be able to eat at any Jersey Mikes ever after this experience. We got some dinner to go. My boyfriend took a bite of his sandwich and felt/pulled out a thick, black, straight piece of hair out of his mouth. I then inspected my sandwich and it appeared fine, until I saw the bottom of the sandwich (as shown in the picture). I called this store, spoke to a lady, and she took my address and stated she was unable to refund my meal (which I ordered online), so she was going to send coupons for 2 free sandwiches. Which honestly at the time, I just my money back. It's been since February 5 since the incident happened, and i have not received any coupon in the mail as the lady on the phone stated would happen.

I was disappointed that it took 54 minutes from the time I placed my order until It was ready, I ordered 21 sandwiches. The female that called me was rude and hung up on me when she said that the order wouldn't be ready at 12:15, I said to do the best she can, but hung up on me. When I arrived at 12:23 when she asked my name she rolled her eyes and turned away saying " it's not done". The crazy part is I could see everyone else was being served while 1 person worked on my order, you had 4 people working the front line. One woman ordered around 10 sandwiches and was in and out in about 10 minutes. They also didn't give me my bottle of soda. I understand it was a larger order but to purposely ignore it was unprofessional and disappointing. I regret leaving a $20 tip on the app.
They responded by saying that it was bad communication and didn't seem to care nor offer to replace the missing item.

I was warmly welcomed when I came in. Little things like that really mean a lot.
There was a bit of a line - but they were moving fast. The person working the meat section was able to recommend a sub based on some basic questions I had.
Bread got sliced, and fitted with toppings really fast. It was even faster than places that have pre cut meats. Moving onto the next section you can get it "Mike's way" which I did. You get onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. I highly recommend you get this on your sub.
Maybe this is a really long review for a simple sub joint, but I have been going back since.

My complaint was answered promptly by Dillon, coupons for free subs were sent quickly, and Anthony called to apologize and refund my mixed up order. Thank you for the great response and excellent customer service!

Every time I visit this location it’s always clean and the food comes out quick. The staff always look clean and I don’t think I ever seen a dirty uniform. Makes me comfortable ordering food at this location
