I LOVE this place! 😍 really good food, recommend spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken Alfredo. Good atmosphere and the food takes less than 5 minutes on average. I go there so often I can just ask for the usual and they will get me what I usually get. Highly recommend if you want a quick and easy meal!

This happened during my lunch 1/2 hour this week. I ordered online and showed up at the time I was given during the order. I got there and my food wasn't ready. I waited 18 minutes and my food wasn't ready. I told them to cancel my order as I had to get back to work and they made me late. I've had poor service and even poor food at this location in the past. I will not return to this particular Noodles & Co.

Firt time trying this it's decfor a franchise. However I did get sick the next day.
It would be great to have a visual menu, especially for those who want to try something new or if it's your first time. It was my first time there and surely the last. The plates looked like they had been served for 5 minutes before making it to my table. They were cold, the AC was a little too high. I just ate half of my plate and that was even to make my boyfriend feel good about the money he spent. My boyfriend's fettuccine were a little bit undercooked but the overall plate was better than mine, more flavorful.

Great experience! Welcoming attitude as I ordered today , delicious food and was clean I had the Rosa with parm chicken extra chicken extra sauce, I recommend that , food was delivered to my table quickly

We chose noodles & co for lunch because of the free kids meal promotion with purchase of an adult entree. I never saw an end date for that promo on the company press release so I thought it must still be going on. When I placed my order the staff at check out very rudely scoffed & pointed out that they don’t offer that anymore & condescendingly remarked that it ended “a long time ago.” I also had to wait a couple of minutes just to have them walk up to the register & be ready to take my order even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. So that was a terrible customer service experience to begin with & this was my first time going to Noodles & Co. in over a decade. Second, I ordered the kids meal for my daughter & only received one of the two side. I didn’t realize this until after I had driven home. Third, we thought we’d try the potstickers and were not only disappointed by the flavor but also the fact that we were given 5 when the online menu appeared to show 6 per order. There were other little things like not being asked if it was for carry out or eating in the restaurant. I was also not offered a receipt. It was a huge disappointment & I wish I could have my money back. I feel worse after going there than if I had went somewhere else. Update: I sent this review to corporate before posting here and “Ryan” promised a resolution to win back my business but never followed through with their promise and have since ghosted me when I’ve reached back out to ask if they need any other information from me to resolve this.

I work nearby this Noodles so I've come here plenty of times! Their food is super good and their staff is pretty nice! Service here definitely isn't out of this world, but it's a very nice average and doesn't feel pushy or desperate. The food is always good and the lobby is clean! Not much else to say. Great location!

Several times the cashier would leave the front for extended periods, a line had formed and the kitchen staff, I assume did not speak English, which is ok. However I was totally ignored when the staff came back. This happened several times in one visit!! The kitchen staff went to get the the other staff multiple times-4!!! Another staff member was just coming in to start her shift and without even taking her coat off, jumped in to help! The other person’s actions was totally uncalled for!!
