Ordered food to go, to me their food has been going down hill for a while now, yet I have always been able to finish it, not yesterday's food. Could not finish it(buttered noodles, garlic cheese bread). Service was fine. I used the rest room, there were very small bugs on the floor and some kind of gnats on the walls, rest room pretty dirty, toilet leaking. Not sure if I will try another Noodles or not, doubt it.

First time at a Noodles and Company. It's like I expected. Ok noodles at decent prices. This location had good service and I expect the food was on point, but still just noodles.

The pad Thai was inedible. I paid in cash and they didn’t offer a receipt except the one on the bag. I brought the food back and the manager refused to refund me because I didn’t have the receipt I wasn’t offered. She gave me coupons. Why would I want to eat there again? I don’t. I’ve contacted the corporate office. I work in customer service and this response is unacceptable.

It took us longer than expected to place our order because the staff in front were just focusing on processing the online orders that the kitchen was making. It took 20 minutes to get our penne rosa, macaroni and cheese, and Caesar salad. When one of the front staff members brought it to us, she was taking her time taking it off the tray. She then said, “You can help me take it off you know.” We ordered shrimp with the macaroni, which came on the side. Therefore, it ended up being cold. The macaroni had barely any sauce; 99% of it was the shredded cheese. For roughly around $15 for that dish, we didn’t expect all that we received.

We could’ve said something, but it was taking other people awhile to get their food as well. Furthermore, we got the impression that it wouldn’t have mattered anyways and would’ve just been a nuisance.

Food is always very good. Restaurant is always clean. This weekend a computor glitch happened and they had to turn some people away. We were able to order on the app so we were able to get our lunch,
