For 4 times straight I’ve went to this panda in the past 3 months. Every time I show up they never have grilled teriyaki chicken, and I always have to wait an extra 10-20 minutes to get it.

Help me understand, so I placed an online order, I drove to pick it up looking forward to not waiting in line, get there, walked to the Online Order counter, then proceeded to wait for the cashier to check out the 6 people ordering in store and then I had to ask if I was in the right area to pick up an online order. Then the guy that eventually helped me asked me to see exactly what I ordered so I had to walk back out to my car to get my phone UGH!

I love veggies but couldn’t fully chew them. I tried to eat it because I hate wasting food but had to spit out every other bite. This was terrible - would not recommend - do not come here

Won't honor the coupons they send in emails if you are a member. Bait and switch to get you in door. No one here can figure out why it won't work. Or who to call. Who the heck is in charge here if you can't solve problems with coupons in email. I think in Minnesota that is illegal. Unhappy with panda express bait and switch amd lack of help to resolve issue by whole staff and management. 10-22-2024 bogo bowl coupon is not being honored.

Of all the PE in Mn, this was the best one. Much better than AV or Eagan. They do get real busy, but nevered hassle me for sitting to long. I don't like to or have ordered online, long time, before, and had to do it, due o PE corp policy. However; the staff at this location really helped me special requests (when thet didnt get the whole tickertape) and giving me more of what I asked fot with the Sweetfire chix. They had both the iced Teas as well, refreshing and their bathroom is clean and nice. They didn't have pierogies at this location though, must be hit or miss, depending on the PE. An employee told me they no longer have their Hot Orange Chix, which I wanted, but it must have not have been a hit with customers, long time. Good PE Food and service!
