I was ordering for the family and needed a little help in figuring out the best options size for my family. I'm so glad I went in! So helpful (with big smiles) they informed me about a 4 minute wait for fresh chicken. This was just one of the tips and guidance they gave me! Really great location, service is slow, especially online orders. And always get the wrong order or missing something from my order. I would recommend Southtown Panda.
I love this place. Crispy Beijing beef is what I get every time. It has a lot of flavor but is not too spicy for my Minnesota palate. My daughter gets the crispy walnut shrimp. Somehow they remain crispy even after being coated with sauce. A culinary feat if you ask me.
Terrible online order service. I ordered 3 times and waited 15 minutes for it to be filled. It's faster to get in line than online. The crew ignored the timing of online orders

It's a chain restaurant and it's apparent. People will always stop for a meal. I am sorry to say the rice was dry and hard and had no flavor. The orange chicken (the reason we went) was ok. It's one of those things that has been around for years. You happen to drive by and think, orange chicken!My granddaughter did take a couple good pics, which I have posted.

This panda is usually always a missOut of my 3 encounters this summer, only 1 has been good. It was the one where I did not order ahead on the app.Whenever I order ahead on the app, they never seem to have it done due to the volume of people. So I have to wait.Just this last weekend, I went in without ordering, as there was no one ordering I got my food ASAP, and left.They usually are always out of an item or 2 as well.

Yesterday, I had a lovely dining experience at Panda Express. I stuck to my usual order and went on like any other day. Before I left, I was lucky enough to have had a great conversation with one of the staff. I remember his name being Carlos, and I believe that it was his first day working for the company.
