I went in for the Veteran's free personal pizza on the 11th and it was really busy. I asked if I could get the order to go, I was told I had to order from the bar, well the bar was full, so I sat at a table to wait. The hostess came and told me I couldn't sit there, so I left. It is really hard to ask for free food, but this just made it harder, I was embarrassed. Maybe a better solution would have been a voucher for a free pizza another day.
Might be the end of an era. I really want to give Luce a 5, but things have been getting pretty mediocre around here. Seems like everything just barely misses the mark. The vibe here has definitely soured.
Maybe we're all just tired. Maybe everyone's dehydrated—in the last half dozen visits, I've haven't been offered or given a water here, which is ironic given the tiramisu had a pool of liquid in it... I've never had that in the tiramisu...

The food was really good. Our Server (his name was either b Andrew or Adam, sorry I can't remember right now) was great. Atmosphere got 3 stars due to being too cold inside. Highly recommend. Will go back next time we're in MN.
