Absolutely loved this place! Husband and I decided to go last minute on a Saturday evening! Quick to get in, our server was super sweet and informative, they played the perfect music, restaurant was a total vibe and the food was outstanding! I had the Steak Tacos and my husband enjoyed the fish and chips! Parking was free in the ramp and we walked in thru the indoor office park! Looking forward to going again soon!

Great table service!We had the cod fish fry which was quite good compared to any other one we've tried in MN. Tons of fries come with.Also tried the Cubano. Very good, but was quite salty and the pickles were just... Fine.Overall very good, and we'll go back.

First time at Protagonist, had a mid-week business lunch. Food was really great, we both had salads which were super fresh and with a nice selection of ingredients. Who puts thick cut bacon in a chef salad! Service was friendly and prompt. Just a heads-up, my phone took me to the garage, and there are no signs to the restaurant from that south side. Just go into the building and you'll see it.

First time here, had a hard time finding it. Got inside and no one was at the front and had to wait awhile for a staff member to greet us and seat us. Service was awful, I’m a server so I tend to be a bit more lenient than others. Would have understood if the place was packed but it wasn’t, only a handful of tables. My friend asked our server for a straw when she delivered our drinks, never saw her again until after our food came by that time I walked to the bar and get her a straw. Food was decent, Brussel sprouts were really good.
