I don't like negative reviews. But some may be helpful.. Speedway, in general has the dirtiest nastiest stores. it doesn't take much to take little pride and cleanup a little bit.. Not get huffy when we ask if there's an item that should be stocked (creamer) every time I go in the store they're on their phone sitting on the counter. As an owner, I would put in at least 2% effort. This is what the public sees, and also prevents return visits.

Moved back to Richfield a couple of years ago. Have been stopping here fairly often. Never really had any problems. Cashiers are usually pretty friendly. Don't recall any super long waits. Only real downside is the tiny parking lot. Thanks Speedway!!

Stopped in here to get powerball tickets. The service was good and efficient no waiting. The restroom was out of service, which seemed odd for a service station on a holiday.

So with WTI crude near a four year low of $57, and area competitors charging $2.69 a gallon, You're still charging $3.29 a gallon at this location? Pretty lame, Speedway aka 7-11.

Young guys that were working around 9am on Friday August 21st 2025 we're very offensive with the language they were using. I'm sorry but when you're at work, you should be professional, and not drop F bombs every other word or calling his girlfriend a word that starts with B.

I like how Speedway responds to everyone’s reviews asking them to share more details (even though they are pretty darn detailed and specific) to help them improve. Yet not only have there been no improvements it’s actually managed to get worse.

1 year past its due date. I almost bought it and ate it.
I was there at 6:15am for a few donuts. The bakery case was completely empty. Then I walked through the store and it was a disaster. Nothing organized, everything in disarray. Workers standing around talking and not paying attention to customers . I guess I was very disappointed. This used to be a great morning stop if I get to work early enough.

If you're wondering whether this Speedway deserves its 2.7-star average — it does. In fact, that's generous.
The condition of this location is utterly unacceptable. The restroom alone was enough to make me question whether I needed a hepatitis booster. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks — filthy floors, broken tiles, and a general sense of neglect that borders on hazardous. The state of disrepair throughout the facility is genuinely shocking.
As for the staff, the clerk on duty seemed entirely disengaged, absorbed in his phone and oblivious to customers entering the store. Not a word, not a glance — just complete indifference.
This location reflects poorly on the entire brand. If I find myself here again and conditions remain the same, I won’t hesitate to contact the local health department. No one should have to experience this level of neglect in a place that serves the public.
Avoid this Speedway if you value cleanliness, service, or basic human decency.
