Food: They got my order messed up, this might not sound terrible but I asked for light ice in my drink and they didn’t, when you don’t ask for light ice they fill it up with ice so much it leaves hardly any room for the actual drink.

Went in this morning and it was super busy as the playfields were having some events going on so cars were backed up all onto the road through the drive-through. There was no parking spaces available and went into the store and the store was all packed with customers to my amazing surprise when I walked in and placed my order, it was out accurate and tasted so good given how busy the war is so efficient at what they do keep up the great work.

I try to avoid this Starbucks as it’s always a long wait and short staffed. I decided to stop in this morning and it was busy per usual. Innocence was the cashier and while she was okay to me she was pretty short and rude to the lady in line ahead of me. It’s pretty evident she does not enjoy her job. I watched as I was waiting for my drink and her energy seemed to pretty much be the same to every customer- rude and short. She doesn’t greet you as you approach the register and I watched her ask someone “ do you want a drink”!

The page say the store closed 9:00 pm when I arrived there like 8:22 pm the employers told me is closed since 8 pm NO 9:00 pm THAT IS TERRIBLE for the customers

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble with no whip and when I got it, it had whip on the very bottom and top I said there was not supposed to have whip and the girl just wiped it off and put a different lip on it and handed it back to me... this made me really sick knowing they could have made me a new one in seconds but they are lazy and just wiped s*** off...I will not be returning ?
