I got a foot long tuna sub on Whole grain bread!! I decided the add an egg!It was Amazing!!! Great sandwich, super clean store.
And the lady making the sandwiches was so super nice!!!!

Co-worker went to pick up an order for me while I was at work. Gentleman at the front counter was extremely rude and dismissive. Other employees also avoided her when she was attempting to ask for help. As a manager myself, that would not fly in my store.

Serious language barrier issues here. I ordered The Boss sandwich and my server asked what bread. I just say whatever it comes with, but she repeats the question. I don't think I chose the right one. After a couple more questions about what I wanted (she didn't seem to know the menu), I asked for some lettuce to be added and she squirted ranch on it. She looked annoyed when I told her I didn't ask for that and made a weak attempt to remove it. On top of all that she dumped way too much parmesan on it (the menu says a sprinkle).

The worst Subway I have ever been. The server was very rude and impatient to my 9 year old son who tried to order a sub here by himself, being a little bit slow and quiet (normal sound but faded by the load music inside).

This use to be my go to. Not sure what happened. There is only one employee now and I have no words. They closed 20 minutes early one night when we were trying to get food.

The food is fine - it's subway food, and I've never had an issue with it. My issue is with the service. There are a lot of workers here who do not speak much english - and that's totally fine! They're always the most helpful and kind employees!
The issue is with the one white young man, with curly hair, who works here, who has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. On 3/8, I had put in an online order, but due to some technical issues, it never showed up. I didn't know they hadn't received it, and the young man just kept repeating to me "Let me know when you're ready to order" in a rude and condescending manner. I repeated multiple times that I had put in an online order, and that's all he kept responding with. He never told me "We don't see it, can I see your app?" or "I don't have it - can you show me your app?" or anything of the sort. He just kept repeating "Let me know when you're ready to order", without any other commentary.
The employee with him was much more helpful and called someone on the phone (manager? owner? not sure), to help sort it out. She was great, but the young white guy that works here was probably the worst encounter I've ever had at a subway. Needless to say, I'll be going to other locations from now on.

Bad experience with this location. All the Hispanic workers are great!! But the only white guy that works in this location horrible, horrible customer service! He’s wearing HEADPHONES on, he saying he can’t hear me? He’s also the ONLY 1 working?? Maybe he needs to take them off and have a good customer service.

Second time visiting on lunch, out of lettuce, workers don't understand the requests and get frustrated, not run very well
Got two sandwiches, tried to order a box of cookies and they guy kept telling me “no only one cookie per person” and I kept repeating no I want a box and he kept repeating himself saying the same thing over and over. I eventually gave up cause clearly he wasn’t understanding or was just being lazy maybe because he was the only one in there (that I saw at least)

Came to this location around 2 pm today with my adult daughter. No clear pricing on menu but we were expecting typical cost. It was my daughter’s treat so I did not see a receipt. But, for two 6” sub meals (with chips and drinks) and a single added order for cookies (3 cookies in order) the total came to a whopping $44 +/-. Shocking and OUTRAGEOUS.

I ordered online for delivery from store 45630 Richfield.Asked for extra mayo, tomato, oil, vinegar and barely had any mayo and no oil or vinegar.So very unhappy with this sandwich -this location has gotten so very stingy when extra(more) is asked for.I will take my business across the street to Jersey mikes.
