The employee tried to short me on egg patties for my steak egg and cheese sandwich. I haven’t been to a subway where they cut them in half. Then when I asked for lettuce. She sprinkled lettuce on my sandwich like it’s seasoning. I never have this problem with the subway on 66th and Nicollet or 46th and Nicollet. Then has a problem when I ask for more lettuce. Bad customer service and portions. So I walked out didn’t even buy the sandwich

I stopped in today and was assisted by Mark. He was kind, attentive and conversational! It was a nice change from the usual monotonous flow that ordering food can (sometimes) be. It was a nice change of pace, and he made my sandwich accordingly! He even helped me sign up for rewards!

I stop in at a lot of different Subways in the SW suburbs. Service here is friendly and fast. Too bad this location is shorting customers on meat portions. You're getting about half as much meat on normal sandwiches, as you get at most other Subways. Pretty lame. Just moved back to Richfield and was hoping this would be a regular place to go. Nope!

Not only did it go from $5 footlong to $10 6" i wemt there the other day and while checking out it automatically put an 18% tip on my receipt! What the actual F?! That's so shady. Always check your receipt

Oh my gosh!!!!RIP-OFF is the word that comes to mind.I had gray roast beef slices put on a foot long. These slices were just enough to cover the bread (one layer, thin slices) .... and you couldn't even see the meat before you decided, as they had it hidden behind a metal hood. We were the only ones in the store but were continually bushed on down the line of condiments. I like my sandwich made the way I like it, it wouldn't have been a big deal to do so...but they were in such a hurry to push me along and do it THEIR WAY.... And to top it off, ? I think I could have goty A CHEAPER MEAL, WITH BETTER FOOD, IN A BETTER ATMOSPHERE, WITH BETTER SERVICE AT A RESTAURANT than this RIP-OFF place!!!

It’s difficult to get in the parking lot. I ordered online and my order had the smallest amount of ingredients. The lady working was sitting in the corner on the dining room in her phone :/

I got an order from Mark on Friday but the taste of the sub was kind of funny but Mark service was good but I wanted to come and incorrect it and met Freddy and Manuela and they fixed the mistake and I greatly appreciate it thank you
