It’s difficult to get in the parking lot. I ordered online and my order had the smallest amount of ingredients. The lady working was sitting in the corner on the dining room in her phone :/

This is the best Subway ever. I don't know how, but I always got the best-tasting footlongs from here. Thank you, guys!

The Subway restaurant at 66th and Penn is the perfect place for a quick stop. The staff there is friendly and helpful, making delicious, healthy sandwiches. Adding spinach was a great choice, adding more nutrients than iceberg lettuce. I particularly enjoyed the tuna on wheat with spinach, shredded cheddar jack, and black olives.

Your staffing of 1 person makes it hard when your employee needs to use the restroom or break. Waited outside for 10 minutes to enter your shop because it was locked due to your staff member gone?? There has to be a solution to improve your business model that prevents money from entering your door. I understand how tough it is to make money with a Subway franchise but c'mon. Cheers!!

I ordered a sandwich online for me to pick up. I showed up to the store at around 8pm and all the lights were off. There was one car in the parking lot and a woman standing outside the entrance door. I saw someone hand her food to her through the door, she then got into her car and left. I got out and stood at the door and made eye contact with a man standing behind the prep area. He saw me several times. I waived my arms and knocked on the door, he continued to ignore me. I called three times, I could hear the phone ring and he still ignored me. He then put his backpack on, looked at me again, and left out the back door. I went to see where he went (I already laid for my food) and he was gone. WTF they took my money! I emailed corporate, hopefully they apply. I'd be embarrassed if I was the owner of this store.

Francisco was super nice, greeted us, chatted with us, and made us great sandwiches!

The lady that help me out was very nice so the review does not reflex on her cause she is just a worker. But to walk into a Subway and be charged $19.08 for a footlong roast beef sandwich with no extras, chips and a soda is some serious price gouging on customers. Subway is for sure taking advantage of there customers at this location. This sandwich has to be a 1000% marked up or more. If Subway or the franchise owner don’t get there act together this building is going to be a empty box on this corner again.

The same guy is usually working when I visit and he's absolutely amazing! I did not catch his name ( I was there today sunday June 26 around 6pm) he's always in a great mood and engages in conversations with his guest and makes a pretty damn good sub! He is the reason I go to that subway!!!! : )
