Stopped by on a road trip for lunch. The consistency and color was kind of weird (bluish and alittle gooey ) so I made a visual representation of my burger when I got back home. I didn't want to complain about it or go somewhere else so I just ate it. Everyone had a pretty good attitude there so I let it ride. Thanks guys.

Ordered a Root beer shake and it took almost 30 minutes for it to come out. Barley any ice cream in it. The girl running the counter had no idea what she was doing. Very unprofessional. Won't be back.

I've used it several times now, place the order on line, drive there, walk inside and the order is ready. Last time I did this they had an issue with the fries, so I had to wait over 10 minutes. At least the fries were piping hot when I got them
I am not sure you will find a fast food restaurant with better customer service than this A&W!

This location is a textbook example of a well trained team! The kitchen looked incredibly clean and everyone behind the counter had something to do, and that is something you rarely see these days.
