I don't recommend this store garbage everywhere in the floor employee are lazy. My husband bought a can of soda and place on the bottom of the cart because the top was full when we're in the cashier to pay for our grocery my husband told the cashier that there's can of soda on the bottom and the lady cashier said she can't scan she cant bend she told my husband to bring it up. costumer service is bad we go to new hope hyvee instead clean and organized I recommend.

The store manager Evan doesn't stand behind the rain checks that they give to customers. Unlimited quantities on rain check. He would not honor it. Integrity! Where is the customer service in the store? All around very bad experience.

I got chicken from the hot menu area. Only because they were the only people who actually asked if I wanted something or needed help. The other areas pizza, asian, so on the workers didnt even look at me. I've never been there so I was unsure of what I was supposed to be doing? Anyways got chicken strips. YUCK! They were cold, greasy and rubbery like they have been reheated too many times.

This place is a mess. Food handlers don’t use gloves, if they do they aren’t clean gloves half the time. Sale prices don’t ring up right and be wary of sales anyway-it’s likely expired. Customer service is more like customer go somewhere else we don’t care-staff treats you like crap and are far to busy with social hour to care. Produce goes rotten within a day…
The convenience store is a joke. Cigarette prices fluctuate with each shift/day/night and again sale prices are never honored. And I have never been to a store where people handling money can’t even do math with a calculator-oh wait, this one.

Most authentic Chinese around. Just don’t get the kung pao chicken after 6pm. They leave it out too long.

Got some orange chicken and fried rice. I think I just got some brown rice with a few peas in it. The orange chicken breading was awful, as was the sauce it got coated in 1/10. Terrible. I could have spent two more dollars and got hot food from an actual Chinese restaurant.
