I was just in there. They were incredibly rude. I asked them for 2 sauces which meant I needed to pay extra. Got my order, asked the woman at the drive thru to double check because they often forget. She looked in the bag, looked my dead in my eye and said yes. There was a 1 bbq sauce. Not even the right sauce. I called to the store to talk to the manager about, because it is frustrating. She legit hung up on me. I get that they don’t have to care and it may not be a big deal. But when you pay $27 for a basic meal. But to a 4 year old who wanted her sauce, It is a big deal! At least pretend like you care!

They charge you for modifications and then they don’t do modifications. They ignore you when you try to make a drive through order. The micro-aggressions are unreal, too.

When they forget the 10 piece McNugget you ordered and you have to drive all the way back, expect to get major attitude for their mistake. Attitude because I didn’t have a receipt but window #1 didn’t give me a receipt to my order placed via McDonald’s app. Make it make sense. Placed the order at 5:37pm and was back at the restaurant by 6:10pm only to be met with terrible attitude from manager and window attendant when they made a mistake at their job. I couldn’t submit a proper comment/complaint because they didn’t give me my receipt so I don’t have the store or order number.

Got there and I did a takeout order said it wasn't done yet I pulled ahead to the line Young kid brings me my Grinch meal supposed to be 10-piece chicken McNuggets with two barbecue in one sweet and sour and a Coke No-cook no chicken McNuggets it is a Big Mac It goes in and a lady comes out she looks at my order on my phone she comes back with the Grinch meal I said where's the coke when she comes back I said ma'am I said I need a 10-piece chicken McNuggets She finally comes out with the right meal The french fries are soggy and ice cold the chicken McNuggets are in the bottom of the bag I just got to be one of the worst experiences I literally was there for 25 minutes

I always came to this McDonald's because its close to my house. It has really gone down hill. They can't seem to get the orders right. I ordered a meal, a small shake and 2 cheeseburgers today and they charged me 33 dollars for it. When I explained to them it wasn't what I ordered the woman argued with me and tried to break down the receipt. I explained to her several times its not accurate. She then said they would refund me. Then gives me back 9 dollars that isn't accurate. This mcdonalds is terrible and I will never come back. Giving me some extra food isn't what I wanted. I wanted my refund and correct order. I didnt have time to go in as I had to get to work. I will never go back to this one again. They ripped me off. Also the teenagers that work there are rude and always goofing off.
