Tried ordering off a delivery service app. They never made the order and just canceled when they closed for the night. What kind of business does that?! Know I won't be wastig more time or money on it.

It was an ok place. I went to dinner with some family, I met them there. When I arrived the waitress took a while to acknowledge my presence. Once I ordered it took a while to get my drink, and an even longer time to get my food. I ordered the beef sliders (mini cheeseburgers) with fries. It's dark because there was a band playing live music. They were ok, one of the ladies kept screaming into the microphone. It was loud. We couldn't conversate. I was eating my food and I went to eat a french fry and I felt something so I took my phone out to use my flashlight to see what it was and was grossed out to see a hair. I don't have black hair. So it wasn't mine. They did take my food off my tab. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have to say I've never had this happen to me before. I won't be going back.

There used to be a bar at this location that was among the worst and scariest drinking experiences you could have in the Twin Cities: poorly managed, inattentive staff, and dodgy clientele being over-served every night. Smokin Flame came into the spot under new ownership/management, and cleaned house in the best possible way! The vibe now is friendly, there have been a few upgrades on the interior (notable, the bathrooms have either been revamped or are just being kept much cleaner, can't really tell). The staff is great and the beer selection is better than it was before. Their concept for food is sort of BBQ/Soul Food, and I'm no expert, but haven't been blown away by anything that I've eaten there. They were also out of a few menu items when I went, but honestly, they had just opened around that time and were probably still getting a feel for staffing/inventory/everything else. So long story short, I wouldn't go just for the food (it's not bad, it's just not great), but it's an awesome spot for a late night drink and some lively banter with both strangers and neighbors!

They’re still working out the kinks since this place just opened, but it’s a great place to go and have drinks with friends, and my FAVE cocktail crew from the St. Petersburg Bar(RIP) work here too! Will be my new local Go-To!

Great new addition to the area. Good service, cold beer and really good BBQ. Recommend the Loaded Tots and pulled pork. Perfect space for live music and plenty of other things to do while you hang out. Darts, pool, etc. Bartenders are fast and friendly!

Stopped by for lunch and a beer and was pleasantly surprised with the food and level of service. Nice cozy atmosphere. Touch tunes and good drink specials. BBQ is top notch. Tender brisket and plenty of other options on the menu. Smoked wings were great. Definitely appreciate having a local BBQ joint with live music and cold beer. Will be back.

Had to pay a $5 cover to listen to a DJ! Service was TERRIBLE!! Place was dead and it took 20+ minutes to get a drink. We ordered appetizers which were OK....fried food was alright, grilled food was sub-par especially for the prices. Was so excited to go check it out, but was incredibly disappointed!!! Definitely won't be returning.

Tried to like this place. Surprised its not closed yet. who runs out of beer on a Saturday afternoon? poor sevice, can't cook a simple burger, cold food. Hire people that know what they are doing please.

We love going out. Last night we found this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We passed a beautiful experience there with delicious dishes and an efficient stuff and a great chief cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall no doubt go again very soon. We warmly recommend.
I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their service is always great and they keep the place neat constantly. Pricing is affordable and they serve big portions.

This place is obviously one of the tastiest place to eat in the region. Every time I come to this place I am extremely happy. They keep their high level service and the topmost level of cooking they provide. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Sat at a table for a good 5-6 min and we were not greeted or acknowledged at all. Seemed like the bar was more important than the tables so we moved to the bar. Sat there for a good 3 min until we finally were asked what we wanted to drink. Asked for a couple menus and the server said “hold tight” walked away to serve another person at the bar their drinks and didn’t come back. We ended leaving and didn’t get a thing. Horrible service and the place maybe had 10-15 people in there so wasn’t even busy.
