Have ordered take-out via the app a few times, our 2 most recent orders were hit and miss where the first time they weren't toasted as requested, the 2nd time they weren't labeled in a way we could tell which was which without dismantling each sandwich looking for the subtle differences between our orders. The food IS good, just be nice if we could more reliably get what we asked for and know whose is whose.

they said that they usually put 8 pieces of cheese on a large sub, then why do you put 3 pieces on half a sub? plus the toilet is closed but it says that it is only for customers, I asked if it is possible to open it, to which they answered that it is simply closed, to my question that it is written there that it is possible for customers, they answered that no, we washed it an hour ago (the time is 7:30, the restaurant has been open for 2.5 hours)

It’s been well over 5 days and still no call from any supervisor. I was over charged for meals I didn’t receive the only team member didn’t speak English and said it’s only his second day partially apologized and continued to make on line orders! $35 for 2 subs is outrageous and today he’s still the only person in the subway!

So the guy working doesn't do the right portions my sandwich came with two times cheese.He tried giving me four slices.I said it should have four more. Then he charged me for extra cheese. And i'm pretty sure the steak comes with three portions of meat, not two.. I over paid for less then what's advertised.

I'm trying to place an order through DoorDash and ZERO sandwiches are showing up; only ready crazy looking salads, desserts, and pop. The phone number listed on DD and online is the wrong number - I did try to call. What the heck?!
Ain’t no way 🤦🏽♀️ I asked for extra mayo, but um.. nobody wants that much mayo smh. Don’t order ahead I guess, this situation clearly should have been supervised.

This is the second time I've went here at 9:45 PM and 9:47 PM and they are closed. Why do you say you are open until 10 PM when you are NOT?????
I initially asked for a 6inch, then I asked for a foot long instead (I told him just use the other half of the bread he just cut)
I guess that irritated him and he trashed my sandwich kinda. If I said a little of this he still did it his own way.
The veggies especially tomatoes are either soggy or hard. They add a pinch of lettuce and get mad whn you say a little more. The kid was rude and mugged me, the girl was just wondering around. Bad service here my sandwich tasted so bad.

So, At 940pm here I am at the robbinsdale Subway and I was waiting in line for my turn to order. And once employee Juan asked me how he may help me he says "we are only doing cold sandwiches at this time because everything shut off"! And I asked well why would that be.. are you not open until 10pm? He replied with "Yeah so.. and what time is it?" I look at the phone and reply"947pm"
He then Snickers and said "YEAH exactly"!
In discussed I asked him "well since you want to go home early why not just leave 30 Minutes Or an hour ago?"
If the posted hours of the store says you're open till 10:00 p.m. doesn't it mean you're supposed to be open till 10:00 p.m.? And what ever is on the menu is supposed to be available to order & or to buy correct?
You don't start shutting down early or "turned everything off" as you say, why would you shut everything off 20-30 minutes before you're supposed to close the store and stop serving your food prior to your closing time?
If that's the case you need to change your displayed store hours to reflect your actions.. or whenever you stop serving what's on the menu.
Bc then in your mind you're closed and by you turning equipment off, that inhibits you from serving menu that is displayed. Andat this point you're no longer needed & you shall be fired! Because you're useless. You're losing the company and the store money and you are there to make money, therefore you not doing your job. goodbye!!
Why should this guy and anybody like him be paid when he refuses to do the job he's hired to do?

Well here we go Again!!!
The store hours say open till 10pm,
I was here shortly after 9:30pm and the store is already closed!
Open sign is off and lights inside are mostly off, the guy already had all the stuff pulled from the counter and was cleaning it looks like.
Apparently they think it's ok to shut down early so they can leave by 10:06pm I see.as I'm writing this now!!
And of course they are still being paid even though they closed a half hour early or better.
The owner needs to fire this Guy and back charge him for all the money he and his others have been scamming from the store and the money that would have been made from customers who wanted to buy food but can't because he closed early daily.
And or change the posted hours on the store front, online and everywhere else it's states they are open but they refuse to do the work they are hired to do and to do the job they are being pawid for still but don't want to work!
I'm sure they had a very important video games waiting to be played at mom & dads basement, ie "his home"!
So sad. And criminal actually. He can be/should be/and needs to be charged criminally and civilly for it!

So my first time ever using the app. In all the years have have gotten subway this was my worst experience. Ordered 3 foot longs subs. One was not to have tomatoes and the person is allergic to tomatoes so they couldn’t eat. The other 2 was suppose to have heavy mayo and not only did they not have any mayo on them but the bread was not as fresh as it usually is. I went back to store and they said they were not authorized to remake sandwich’s and there was no management available to talk to. I was informed that area manger would contact me and I haven’t gotten a call yet. So I guess I’ll just move on chalk that up as a lesson not to use the app. I only used it cause of medical reason I can’t really walk at the moment

Submitting this review solely because I submitted a complaint to Subway and no one ever got back to me, which I believe is poor management. The steak on the sandwich I ordered was completely inedible- it smelled like rotten meat and didn’t look like what the steak usually looks like. It looked like expired roast beef. The wrong cheese was also on it. Would’ve appreciated a response on this poor experience. Other than that, the staff here has always been nice and pleasant, so no complaints there.
