So, At 940pm here I am at the robbinsdale Subway and I was waiting in line for my turn to order. And once employee Juan asked me how he may help me he says "we are only doing cold sandwiches at this time because everything shut off"! And I asked well why would that be.. are you not open until 10pm? He replied with "Yeah so.. and what time is it?" I look at the phone and reply"947pm"He then Snickers and said "YEAH exactly"!In discussed I asked him "well since you want to go home early why not just leave 30 Minutes Or an hour ago?"If the posted hours of the store says you're open till 10:00 p.m. doesn't it mean you're supposed to be open till 10:00 p.m.? And what ever is on the menu is supposed to be available to order & or to buy correct?You don't start shutting down early or "turned everything off" as you say, why would you shut everything off 20-30 minutes before you're supposed to close the store and stop serving your food prior to your closing time?If that's the case you need to change your displayed store hours to reflect your actions.. or whenever you stop serving what's on the menu.Bc then in your mind you're closed and by you turning equipment off, that inhibits you from serving menu that is displayed. Andat this point you're no longer needed & you shall be fired! Because you're useless. You're losing the company and the store money and you are there to make money, therefore you not doing your job. goodbye!!Why should this guy and anybody like him be paid when he refuses to do the job he's hired to do?

I bought subway yesterday around 7pm , it tasted good when I ate it, then I woke up around 7am and I had a urge to throw up, keep in the mind subway is the only thing I ate for dinner, nothing else. I’ve throwed up atleast 5 times already, and might go to the hospital if it keeps going. Don’t buy from this subway, unless you want food poisoning…?

When you walk in an the place is not out of food, but you have a person saying they are closed, because they are lazy and doesnt want to do their job, and they other person working doing nothing but sitting in the corner. Why would anyone want to eat here.

The longer I stood there waiting on one of the TWO employees to acknowledge me or take my order, the more I realized, I have food at HOME. So I left. They weren’t busy. There was only one customer in there and he was just getting done with his food, so it wasn’t like I was waiting on another customer ahead of me. I just don’t have time for people that don’t show good customer service. The least you could’ve done, was said “hello we will be right with you”. I’m adding the date and time, so no one else gets blamed for this. Today is Wednesday February 28th 2024 3:15pm

I use to love going here but the manager William slice the ham meat so thin when I go in there to get the grand slam ham I still don’t get the right amount of meat the meat so thin it’s made for people with no teeth I called an ask him to make it bigger because that extra thin meat is not right employee say he does it for budget cuts our sandwich cost 12 dollars or more an I want my meat the old way then he slices the meat during the day time early morning why am I coming in at 6 in the evening an the meat slice machine is still dirty from when he use it so it sit all day they either need to retrain William or let him go because there is a lot of unhappy people out here we want our ham sandwich back

Ordered my food with an extra charge for mozzarella. The subway app says my food is ready for pick up, so my coworker goes to grab my food and no one is in the front so he waits till someone comes out. When they do they let him know that my food was not even started yet, so now he has to wait while on lunch. They finish my food, and he gets it back to work, to find out the mozzarella is not on my food. So not only did they not make my food when they said they had, but I was charged for items I did not receive. If they were busy I could understand, but no other guests were in the store. Very unacceptable.

The sandwich was supposed to be a 6 inch white mixed cold cut everything, but cucumbers, green peppers and black olives. They gave me a foot long Multigrain Mixed cold cut with so much mayonnaise all over the wrap. All over the bread that the bread was torn. Mayo all over your hand. No pickles and so much vinegar when you open the sandwich. The juice ran off the paper. This is the worst Subway that I've had in about 5 years. It was so bad I called them and spoke to a worker and she hung up on me.

I would recommend choosing a different subway. I was here a few weeks ago and they literally forgot to put the meat on my sandwich. I emailed them and was told I would get a refund or coupons, and never did. Poor customer service, poor quality control.

Pretty sure I was overcharged for a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch. That’s all I got and I was charged 15.89. Since when is a 6inch sub by itself 16$? Didn’t realize it till I checked my bank account this morning like I usually do. So I’ll definitely be calling them today and figuring that all out.
