Food was excellent once we got it. I believe we had a new waitress as she forgot to put our order in. We finally asked about it after an hour and we received very quickly. Very nice, Bar/Grill, beautiful view of the lake, nice beach area. Drinks and food are reasonably priced. We would try it again. It is definitely a place to call and reserve a table.
Have great memories of going up there with my friends parents Mike and Anna (R.I.P to both of them) in mid 90's-early 00's the kids would get our trailer nearest to the dock and the parents and family members would stay in the other trailer . every year it got more fun . the bar and restaurant was really cool and locals were cool to us even though we were from mpls/St.paul . The had a nice pontoon we could use and the fishing was really good from dock or boat . also...
This is where the locals go as evidenced by the full parking lot between beach and hunting season. It's has a pub menu and a good variety of beers. Sandwiches, burgers and salads, a few appetizers and the fries were great when ordered extra crispy. There's a walleye sandwich we didn't try. The Coors light was colder than the specialty beers is the only complaint. Also beware of the floor, as it is uneven in places, but now that you have been told, it's easily...
