Gabe showed us the way when it came to the scallops wrapped in bacon! The atmosphere was spooky with “The Bat”, a gin and lemonade concoction that only Halloween could bring out of the spell book. Can’t wait to be back again!

I loved everything about this place. I spent the day at Tamarac NWR and I ate here to finish the day. I will make a point to eat here whenever I come to Tamarac. The Peach Pepper Jam Chicken Sandwich and it was excellent!

First visit, wont be our last. Beautiful location lakeside views and atmosphere was inviting. Had the onion petals to start, with tangy bbq dipping sauce. It was Friday so we had the clam chowder, sunfish sandwich (two fillets) and sweet potato waffle fries and brisket burger. Everything was delicious and generous portions. Service was quick and pleasant. Highly recommend giving them a try

All 3 in our group ordered the filet special and it was the best steak we have ever had. Cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce, mashed potatoes and gourmet carrots. Uncommonly good food for those looking for something other than the usual bar food. Service was excellent too. We sat on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake so the atmosphere was amazing!

My wife and I were finally able to make it out to The Fishbowl. It has some menu items that we have been really wanting lately, so that was awesome. I thought the brisket burger was one of the best I've had in a long time. It's beautiful inside with a great atmosphere.
It's a short drive out of DL towards Park Rapids, but it's worth the 10 minutes, if you ask me.
We also tried the bacon wrapped scallops and calamari and it was all VERY good. I can't wait to get back so I can try the ceviche!

We have been to fishbowl about 6 times this summer and have had a wonderful experience every time- including busy weekend nights. Service has always been super friendly and quick and the food hot and fresh. Menu favorites include the BLT, homemade soups, Halibut and Burgers. Their drink menu is top notch as well. Delicious margaritas and good beer on tap. Keep up the good work!

Wowza! This place is a complete 180 of Curly’s. They did an excellent job of turning it into a completely new concept.
Stopped by on a Saturday night, was VERY packed which had me a little worried about the type of experience we were going to have. But we left with nothing but great things to say about the Fishbowl!
Food: Our table had the Ceviche, Calamari, Sticky Burgers, & the Brisket Burger. I love that they make their own version of fries, because you could tell they were fresh and well seasoned. So tasty! Burgers had plenty of flavor! Very impressed with the portions, flavor, and presentation of each item we ordered. Cocktails were fun, it’s nice to have an option like this where you can sip on a tropical drink with a killer view.
Service: Best service we have received in a LONG time. Including restaurants in DL & Fargo. Literally every employee was pitching in to bring food & bus tables. Even with it being as packed as it was, the food came out so fresh & sooooo quickly! We were all surprised at how they managed to do that! I’m pretty sure about 4 different employees told us to have a great day or thanked us for stopping in as we made our way out, It makes a noticeable difference.
Atmosphere. Fun decor, clean, open seating, awesome looking patio! Only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is that it was pretty loud. But it was a rainy afternoon on lake weekend/Saturday night, so that’s not shocking.
Definitely give this place a try!

We sat outside by the lake. The sunfish sandwich was very good. It even tasted like sunfish. Was it? We should have had an appetizer other than chum bucket - it was very good but it turned out to be more fries than I wanted after getting fries with the sandwich. All good though.
