Hardeeās in Oneida TN. Ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crispy bacon and 1 super bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crisp bacon. Received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a super bacon with barely warm bacon. The girl at the window was pissed because I wanted the correct order. She came back with an additional super bacon with a burnt eggs and still raw bacon to replace the sausage. Still not correct order. So she gets a manager to the window and they act like itās my fault and she is super hateful wanting to know what I want. I answered- I would like what I ordered. My receipt was correct. She goes and gets a correct super and still bring the wrong second biscuit which this time was plain bacon. So then she proceed to pull me up while they āhave to remake my orderā. So, my finally correct biscuit gets cold while they make a bacon egg and cheese. She brings it out and it is correct. My mom got her fresh biscuit and mine was ice cold. Why was this hard?

And this is why Hardee's in Newberry will be closing soon. Waited 15 minutes for this. The staff does not seem to care, but they are asking for $ 15.00 or more per hour. BTW, it was $12.87 for this dumpster's mess.

Being a truck driver I stop at a lot of these Hardee's in loves truck stops and this is one of my favorites so far it's clean, the lady who took my order was super friendly, the seating area is pretty nice for fast food, and the food came out very fast! The food is very good as well. Definitely worth the stop!

Went into Hardeeās in Newberry the employees 2 kids were in there running around while their mother was working behind the counter. The time before that the chicken tenders were barely warm . I wonāt be going back

worst place to work, store managers transfer o.t hours to next pay period or remove them all together to avoid paying the employee o.t. they write people up when off the clock and lie on the write up when threatened to be reported to the labor board. they also hit sex offenders in management positions and change employees schedules without notice and write them up if they do not show up. They also write people up for being late even when the person calls and tells them they will be late.

Hardeeās in Smithville is very disappointing. I order a ham and egg biscuit several times a week and have always been pleased. Yesterday and today was not a good experience. Ordered my normal yesterday and found some weird burrito when I got to work. I tried to call and just let them know so hopefully they would make it right next time and nonody would answer. I thought itās breakfast time and they are busy, no biggie. I took a picture of it in case they ask when I go through. Went through today and placed my order. I told the lady and she said let me ask my manager. Her manager said discount it. Well when I order through the app the biscuit is under $5, but when I ordered at the drive through it was $5.55 which I thought was weird. Well the manager said discount $0.55. I told the lady that I didnāt even get my biscuit yesterday and they are only discounting $0.55 cents. She said it is her manager. Itās not about the money, but if a place does not take care of customers then they wonāt be back. Where has respect and accountability gone in our society? Well, I know that my $5 a day wonāt make an impact moving forward now that I wonāt be back, but hopefully more people will choose to do business where they are at least somewhat valued and appreciated. We the customers deserve better for our hard earned money.

The manager in Drive thru sharjah Mr. MAHMOUD at al sharjah dubai road, misbehaved and asked to took the shopping trolly outside even I took the permission from the hardees staff.
But he did the personal attack and rude behavior I was with a family and it was disgusting and embarassed. Rather to ask the staff, he asked me to go out.
Very disappointed disappointing he called me personally infront of my family, "You are nervous" its very disappoing infront of my family.
