Went for breakfast and got the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The wrapper literally made it look like it was dipped in grease. First time ordering, a bit disappointed.

Reason #365 I choose to avoid Hardee’s in Rustburg VA. I order a “#1” at 10:58am. The menu specifically had breakfast items still listed with no lunch items in the drive thru.
I get home and low and behold I have French fries and a burger.
Nothing like ordering breakfast and receiving lunch. What’s even worse is, no one likes burgers from Hardee’s.
Pathetic.

I placed on order using the mobile because I was given a free angus burger as a birthday reward with purchase. So I decided to give them a try, placed an order that included a few more burgers and combo so I can feed others since mine was going to be free and paid on the app for everything. Placed a future order so that there was not rush for the restaurant. Arrived to the drive thru and the restaurant might I add was not busy whatsoever, they didn’t have my order ready even though I showed up like 5min late expecting there to be a delay but nope not ready, so I was ok bc then it would be fresh since they had to make it, I should’ve checked my order when they brought it out to my car but I just worked 13hrs and had to drive 30min home, get home and well my burger was missing from the order, when I tried to reach out to Hardee’s it was impossible to get ahold of someone, the app had no features or anywhere to let them know of an issue. Worst app will probably never use again or go to that Hardee’s again. HARDEE’S you should do better

I tried one of your bacon grilled cheese sandwiches yesterday. The bread was not toasted. Just wet bread. Someone please tell your cook to toast the bread.

Hardee’s in Oneida TN. Ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crispy bacon and 1 super bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crisp bacon. Received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a super bacon with barely warm bacon. The girl at the window was pissed because I wanted the correct order. She came back with an additional super bacon with a burnt eggs and still raw bacon to replace the sausage. Still not correct order. So she gets a manager to the window and they act like it’s my fault and she is super hateful wanting to know what I want. I answered- I would like what I ordered. My receipt was correct. She goes and gets a correct super and still bring the wrong second biscuit which this time was plain bacon. So then she proceed to pull me up while they “have to remake my order”. So, my finally correct biscuit gets cold while they make a bacon egg and cheese. She brings it out and it is correct. My mom got her fresh biscuit and mine was ice cold. Why was this hard?

And this is why Hardee's in Newberry will be closing soon. Waited 15 minutes for this. The staff does not seem to care, but they are asking for $ 15.00 or more per hour. BTW, it was $12.87 for this dumpster's mess.
Hardee’s needs to do better, shows a pork chop & gravy biscuit & blueberry biscuits on the menu. Did not have either. Just another disappointment along the highway.

Being a truck driver I stop at a lot of these Hardee's in loves truck stops and this is one of my favorites so far it's clean, the lady who took my order was super friendly, the seating area is pretty nice for fast food, and the food came out very fast! The food is very good as well. Definitely worth the stop!
