NEVER AGAIN! I went in to order a simple strawberry shake. Ordering was fine with one younger boy. Then the people that ordered behind me got their entire meal. Then the people behind them got their food. I was wondering if they forgot my shake? Clearly a shake cannot take that long to mix and blend. I asked about it and Velvet (manager?) went to go finish it. She brought it out and it was like SOUP. I said nicely "oh that's not right, they are never that runny. She tried to tell me it's how they are. I said, "No, they are never that runny, I order them a lot from Hardee's." Come to find out, they take them from a freezer solid frozen and she said the kid microwaved it to melt it more. So she made me a new one which was sorta better. She put in less milk than it said to because the normal amount was apparently too runny when the boy made it. So 20 minutes later, I'm leaving with my half-good shake. She seemed decent to make it right. Then I realized I had no napkins for in the car. There was NO station with napkins available. I asked a young girl where they were and if I could have some. She and the younger boy had been staring at this entire encounter. She rudely went to go get me some napkins, she finished some chore slowly behind the counter and then handed me a few napkins acting super irritated like I'm some upper class white lady. I seriously just wanted a shake. I've NEVER had issues at any other Hardee's before. I was livid! They weren't even up front for me to ask for my money back so I could leave so I figured well they might as well try again since I've already been here forever. I wanted to leave with something. MY family waiting in the car, was NOT happy as this was supposed to be a quick bathroom stop at the next door Love's gas station. !!!!!

Well for starters when I walked in the fat lady was laughing. She was laughing at what people were ordering for some reason. But then I pay 17$ for a burger with the bottom bun hard as a rock. Like it's a joke, no way the boy making the burger wouldn't notice this. Save your money and start finding better ways to make your own food. These prices mixed with subpar service isn't worth it anymore.

I have tried this place about 5 times since the new loves went in. Every time I have been to the Hardee's has been a shirt show. Food sub par tonight 12/23/23 the meth head told the guy who was doing his job just fine came to the line took his hat off scratched his head over the line and thought it was OK.I walked out without my burger I paid for.

It's a truck stop as well so it was full of over head calls about showers and truckers hacking as they watched phones loudly.Service was great, personable, polite. Food was meh...we waited for it and it still came out cold?

Without proper management, these places can get run down really quickly. I’ve always like this place. This last time was questionable though. The cashier seemed impatient. There were no clean tables and the tomatoes on my sandwich were white and green. Hopefully next time it’s back to normal.
