Great food, service could use some help. Place opens at 10, now I'm not usually a stickler but if you're a corporate franchise, you have to abide by those hours. We walk in and the manager, I presume, looks like he just got done with a 3 week bender, tells us to hold on they aren't ready yet at 10:05. Took about 10 minutes for them to come back to us and place our order. Food did and always is amazing, but dont open at ten if you aren't ready, there's a reason you get to work early to set up your station.

I don't eat fast food very often but when I do Arby's is one of my top choices. This location was clean and the service was extremely friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for the chicken sandwich I ordered, but the young man that took my order let me know that he was being made fresh and I didn't mind at all. If I get another fast food urge while I'm in town I'll definitely be stopping by again.

I had to wait a few minutes for the chicken sandwich I ordered, but the young man that took my order let me know that he was being made fresh and I didn't mind at all. If I get another fast food urge while I'm in town I'll definitely be stopping by again.

Go here often as it's close to my place and convenient for us. Good food, always fresh....however we almost always are missing something. Id say 75% of the time there is something missing. Frustrating. We called the last time and they said we could just tell them next time we come and they will give us a free meal. I asked if they need our names or anything and they said no, it happens all the time so they will believe us. I appreciate them doing that, and if it works out I will change my rating. 🙂

Walked in with no one else in line to order. Keaton was standing at the register, made eye contact multiple times and did not say a word. I was under the assumption that he was new and needed help so I waited.. and waited.. and waited. Finally asked if he was the one that was helping us. He responded with.. yes. Not one to complain, but come on. Basic communication is too much to ask for nowadays? You wonder why people are being replaced with screens. The rest of the staff was friendly.

We have frequented this Arby’s dine in a few times. It’s about time to give a review. We have always found the staff friendly and the food very good. We ordered Beef & Cheddar, Chicken and Regular roast beef. Love the Curley fries. We love that this location is modern and kept clean.
